Any boat trailer over 30' in length will have to find alternate parking off the property. There are several places to store boat trailers. Complex provides bike paths, tennis courts, coin-operated shared laundry facilities, and an on-site boat ramp. The community is close to Coco Plum Beach, a public oceanfront beach. This condo is a boater's dream. Come for a visit. Your stay will be full of sun, fun, sand, and boating.
