House next to Hooked on the Blue is always Vacant and is not for Guests to use or walk around. This house has cameras for safety and liability purposes. You are allowed to park your cars under The Guest House for covered parking.

You must be 25 and older to book and must be present for the duration of the reservation.

Max Occupancy at any time can not be surpassed or you will be asked to leave

Owners boat will be on property and can not be disturd.

Closets are closed for guests, only one in the hall is available for guests.

Please follow all rules and regulations, as we would have to enforce the highest Penalty if any are broken.

Per the City of Marathon all noise should be minimun between 9pm to 9am.
