Boating guests are especially pleased with this home ideal location on the Ocean side of the Vaca Cut.
With abundant indoor and outdoor living space and its prime location this home is home a show stopper!

- Maximum Occupancy: 6 guest (includes 4 adult max and 2 children of any age)
(*children of any age, including infants, count toward occupancy)

- No day guests or visitors allowed above the advertised max. occupancy.
- Parking: 2 vehicle max - *NO TRAILER PARKING
- Boat lift not available for guest use
- Deep Water Dock: 200 ft.

All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

For the safety and security of our guests and the property, be advised that exterior security cameras are installed on the premises. These cameras are located outside the home and monitor the exterior areas only (e. g. , driveway, front door, backyard). There are NO cameras inside the home.

We had a fantastic time at this property! The location is in a quieter part of town but so close to restaurants and grocery stores. The kitchen is well-equipped and modern and the living room was very comfortably furnished. Both King sized beds were so comfortable! We have never slept better in a rental. The views and outdoor areas were just perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

Pool and hot tub. Yes please

This house was amazing! After a long day of exploring the keys it’s always nice to come back to this house to recharge. We loved the fresh water pool and hot tub in the evenings and the fishing from the house ain’t bad either. This was our second stay at this house and will definitely be back.

Spectacular views

This property was so relaxing and beautiful. We had a few hiccups we are not use to like- dirty dishes, no propane, dirty sheets, but things I could correct myself. We loved the property, the views, and the hot tub. We spent two weeks ( Dec. 30,2023-Jan 13th 2024 ) here and we would definitely stay again. Kim and John

Spring Break 2024

The view from the Home and Docks is amazing. For a family of four this was a great location. The kids spent a ton of time fishing from the dock while we read books and enjoyed the view. We biked all over Marathon. The home is recently renovated and everything is clean and modern. We will hopefully be back next year :)
