The property in on an island, in somewhat of a maze. Lots of twists and turns to get to. I needed GPS to get to it the first few days. The house was perfect sized for my wife and I, our son, and my parents. My elderly parents stayed in the lower level bedroom. Each bedroom had its own bath and shower. All were very nice. The master bedroom had washer/dryer in the bathroom. The dryer took two cycles to dry clothes. The washer worked perfect. The kitchen was well-stocked and ready for cooking. My wife prepared all of our meals in it. Screened upper deck was excellent. Lower seating area under the tiki hut was nice during the day, when less bugs were out to bother you. At night by the pool, watch out for the no-see ums. They did leave lots of itchy bites when we stayed out at night by the pool/ The back of the house is a boating canal. I loved watching the boats and kayaks going by. But, since it is on a dead end, not as many boating traffic goes through it. The pool was nice, and had very warm water. My mother loved the warm temp of it. If you have a group of up to three couples, this house is the perfect size. The driveway easily holds 3 cars. I recommend this gorgeous home!!!
