Things to Know:

- Must be 25 years or older to book and must be present for the entire stay

-Noise Ordinance from 9pm to 9 am (Quite Time)

- Max occupancy reflects the number of guests allowed per city regulations and does not guarantee sleeping accommodations for that numberplease review the bed description carefully (occupancy number included infants and children)

- Please follow all rules and regulations, as we will have to enforce the highest Penalty if any are broken.

- Property has outdoor surveillance cameras for security purposes and are not actively monitored.

- Locations: front yard of the house looking out and the back of th house looking towards the dock.

- You will be emailed a Guest confirmation with our terms and conditions that you will need to e-sign to be able to stay at our home

- Rentals are Saturday to Saturday (7-night minimum)

- Check-in: 4:00 PM on the day of arrival (please note during high season, check-in may be delayed until 5:00 PM)

- Check-out: 10:00 AM on the day of departure

- Dog friendly with restrictions: A non-refundable, taxable pet fee applies based on breed, size, and number of dogs (maximum of 2)

Special Reminder:

Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys provides a complimentary starter set of items, including soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Guests are responsible for providing additional supplies for the remainder of their stay. Starter items are typically located in the bathrooms, at the kitchen sink, and in the laundry area.

This property is dog friendly, but please review the following guidelines regarding pet approval and fees:

- You must indicate that you are bringing a dog when booking; however, pet fees are never included during the booking process.

- Regardless of whether you book directly with us or through a third party site, all pet fees are added after the reservation is made.

- All dogs must be approved prior to booking, and breed restrictions may apply due to insurance guidelines.

- Pet fees are non-refundable, taxable, and charged per dog, with pricing based on breed and weight. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed. (maximum pet weight allowed per pet is 60 pounds)

- This property is dog friendly onlyno cats or other animals are permitted.

- Failure to disclose a dog and pay the required pet fee may result in additional charges up to $500 and immediate eviction without refund.

By booking this propertywhether directly with us or through a third party siteyou and your party expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions. A deposit or completed booking serves as acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms. After your reservation is confirmed, the Terms and Conditions will be sent to you via an e-sign document, which is required to be completed. If the e-sign is not completed, access to the virtual guidebook and arrival details will not be provided. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. Additionally, we will request certain information that third-party sites may not collect, as we are required to have specific details on file per company policy and local city regulations.
