Lounge in your private saltwater pool (heated or cooled), entertain on the deck with a bar, 55” TV, picnic table, and outdoor cooking including griddle, burners, fish fryer, and ice maker. With 50’ of dockage, boating and fishing are effortless!



The Space:

Outdoor Oasis

Private Saltwater Pool: This pool is gentle on your skin and eyes and can be heated or cooled to your preference (minimal additional charge).

Entertainment Deck: Ample lounging space, outdoor bar with beverage fridge and ice bin, a 55” TV, picnic table, umbrella, and more.

Outdoor Cooking: Blackstone griddle with burners, a fish fryer, and a commercial ice maker make dining outside a breeze.

Activities & Extras: 4 bicycles, plenty of seating, and poolside fun await.



Private Dockage

The 40' private dock (up to 50’ of dockage space) is perfect for boating enthusiasts. The quick trip through the canal to Sister Creek gives you instant access to world-class fishing, snorkeling, and scuba diving in the beautiful waters of the Florida Keys.



Dock Amenities include a fish cleaning station, wash-down hose, ladder access, electrical power, and a bait freezer under the carport.

Bunkroom (The Manatee Room): One twin bunk bed + twin-over-full bunk, TV, dresser, and closet.

We enjoyed the amenities. Bikes we awesome! Boat right up. Loved that. Cleaning station for fish YES! Ice maker, bate freezer, catch freezer were nice to have but we lost all our catch due to them shutting off after a rain. Overall though we had everything we needed and were happy.

Fabulous Fishing Vacation

What a beautiful property! The house is gorgeous and stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and labeled so it was easy to find and put things away. There were plenty of towels for the pool to go along with lots of pool toys. The boat dock was perfect for our 39’ boat and had lights, water, electricity, and the cleaning station. The house is ideally situated right behind Publix too! This is a beautiful and well maintained house that made our annual fishing vacation even better! We can’t wait to book for future trips!

Awesome House!

The location of the house was perfect! Everything was clean and modern and the kitchen was fully stocked. We cooked and baked the whole time. Tons of parking which was great and lots of towels, chairs, and pool floats. The kids are already asking if we can go back to the same house next year!

Better than we anticipated!

This property is so beautiful and clean and awesome location! I had a question about the pool on a Saturday and someone from management was there within the hour. There was actually not an issue with the pool, I was being over cautious regarding the water level :) we are looking into bringing family down next year to join us because there are plenty of beds to accommodate more people. We saw dolphins almost every morning coming up the canal to feed, so fun!

Great house, lots of room outside and inside. We got the pool heated so used that multiple times a day. The only downside was the noseeums and mosquitoes which seems to be biting.

Great Place to stay

Comfortable and roomy for our family of 10 consisting of 6 adults and 4 children. Everyone loved the pool and fishing off the dock. The one thing that I do not believe it states in the description is that there is a flight of stairs to climb to enter the home. I was surprised when we arrived to find stairs we had to climb with our luggage. We also would have enjoyed the property more if a kayak, paddle board and fishing poles were supplied.

Great House

My sister and I rented this house for our families to stay together while we were in the Keys for a week. Our primary purpose for the trip was to scatter our parents ashes but we did stay for a week and get some vacation time too. We picked Marathon because it was centrally located to what we wanted/needed to do. This house was the perfect size and location. Super conveniently located to everything you need. Communication was a breeze, the house is spotless (and looks brand news), and well stocked with the things you need. There is a pool and a private dock (we even saw a Manatee at the dock one day). Excellent experience and would stay here again.

Fabulous Family Vacation

This house is excellent for families who love the water! It has plenty of things to do for kids and adults alike. We rented a 25’ boat and easily navigated our way through the channels, off shore, and to restaurants. The house was very clean, well equipped with everything we needed, and the layout worked very well for our family. We highly recommend this house for a vacation in Marathon.

Perfect house for our Spring Break

This house suited us perfectly. 5 adults, 3 children (ages 4, 9, 11). Location was excellent on a canal and close to sombrero beach. Loved the bunk room for the kids. The upstairs patio was used every morning and evening. The pool was perfect size especially since my 4 year old is still learning to swim. We spent hours in the pool. Plenty of spots to sit and shade. Kayaked, paddle boarded and fished from the dock. I would recommend this house.
