With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and space for up to 10 guests, this home blends modern South Florida style with classic Florida Keys charm—offering a comfortable and relaxing setting for your next getaway.
Featuring a brand-new HVAC system (August 2025) and boasting one of the largest pools and docks in the area, this retreat is ideal for boaters, beach lovers, and families. Spend your days lounging by the heated pool, fishing right off the 40’ dock, or enjoying cookouts in the fully fenced yard (open canal side). Shaded lounge seating, a BBQ grill, and a fish-cleaning station set the stage for memorable days in the sun.
Inside the home:
1st Level (Outdoor Oasis): Private pool (larger than most in the neighborhood), shaded seating areas, BBQ grill, bait freezer, and a 40’ dock with quick access to open water via Sister Creek. Covered parking for two vehicles plus one additional uncovered spot, with extra space for trailers.
2nd Level: Spacious open-concept living area with plush furnishings, 65” Smart TV with DirecTV Stream, and high-speed internet. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers. Also on this level is a King bedroom with full bath.
3rd Level: Retreat upstairs to the master suite with water views, ensuite bathroom, and King bed. Two more bedrooms include a King guest room and a Twin-over-Full bunk room—perfect for kids or extra guests. Each bedroom has its own TV.
Sombrero Chic offers the perfect mix of comfort and adventure, with stylish indoor living, a private outdoor oasis, and quick access to Sombrero Beach, the open ocean, and the FlowRider attraction—just a short walk away.
* Pool heat is available for an additional $200 per week (plus tax), and $28.57 per additional day (plus tax) thereafter.
*Pets are considered on a case by case basis and only after a paying a pet fee. Please do not book this home if you plan on bringing a pet without checking with us first
