5th Fl condo, steps to JW Marriott & Beach, Sunset Views, walk to restaurants

Luxury Condo located steps from the beach with great views! Our unit is located on the 5th floor of the San Marco Residences, across from the beach access to Marco’s beautiful Crescent Beach and the JW Marriott. Fully renovated with all high end finishings, quartzite counters, marble bath, and large center island. An oasis to relax and enjoy beautiful Marco Island. You can walk to the beach, and to several restaurants and shops.

Our unit includes two separate bedrooms: A master with king bed and another with a twin bed, providing accommodations for three people to sleep in beds. An additional person can be accommodates on the sofa in the living area. It is not a sleep sofa but can be made upas a twin bed.

The property includes a heated swimming pool, tennis court, gas grill area on property with outdoor seating and laundry on each floor.There is a dedicated parking space.

We strive to provide our guests a five star experience and have been pleased to be able to do that with our other home #4141912 and with this property. NOTE: Each unit has 1 numbered parking spot. Vehicles may not exceed 21 feet in length. Motor coaches, campers, recreation vehicles and boat trailers are not allowed to park at SMR. They will be towed.

Beautiful apartment and amazing Host

Our family usually chooses Marco Island as the destination vacation spot as it is easily a hour and half drive for everyone. Most stay in the JW Marriott and others (older crowd), choose San Marco Residence because of the home away from home amenities it provides. We have rented many of these properties for over 10 years with different owners. Kathy, the owner of this property was amazing, quick to respond to every question I had. The apartment was extremely clean, well lit, fully stocked, had beach chair, cart and umbrella for beach goers. The decor was so perfect and in good taste. Air conditioner was wonderful, the view across of the street was perfect in the mornings. Kitchen had pots, pans, dishes, cups, great silverware, and a small cabinet full of items that were "pay it forward" from previous renters. We did not use any of the cutlery nor plates, as we brought own, and left it as well, to add to the "pay it forward" pile. All in all, definitely, will be renting again, next year. Again, the owner, was so pleasant and so easy going. She was the sweetest.

This condo had everything we needed to make for a wonderful vacation. The only downside was the ongoing construction which resulted in debris everywhere and the tennis courts were closed but this was no fault of the owner. The owner was great with communication and we would rent here again.

Kathy, the host, was wonderful. We arrived into town early that morning, and although check in wasn't until 4pm, she accommodated us to let us leave our luggage in the condo so we didn't have to lug it around with us all day. The condo was clean, well decorated, and everything we expected from the advertising and photos. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing accommodations!

We had the most amazing vacation in Marco Island and this beautiful, updated condo really made the trip! We had plenty of room with our 3 year old son and our infant daughter. The condo had everything you need from towels and sheets to laundry detergent and shampoo, which made traveling with small children so much easier! The location couldn’t be better with a quick walk to the most beautiful beach and plenty of amazing restaurants right in walking distance. The hosts were so helpful every step of the way and we can’t wait to come back!

Exactly what the doctor ordered!

Our stay in this beautiful condo was exactly what the doctor ordered to combat the winter blues and welcome a sunny spring in 2023. And, the property was exactly as promised on VRBO with updated decor, a well-appointed kitchen and beach equipment. Accessing the gorgeous Marco beaches was as easy as crossing the street (literally!). The owners were very responsive during our stay to questions and last minute requests. Perfect Marco Island condo! We took a short weekend trip to Marco Island. We have stayed at many condos up and down the East coast. This was the BEST one we have stayed in. The kitchen is fully stocked. The decor is perfectly coastal. The host provided beach towels, chairs, etc. The location is immediately across the street from a public access to the beach. It is a very short distance from the JW Marriott to allow for use of some of their amenities (food, drink, restrooms). We even saw a fire dancer right after sunset! I can’t wait to come back when we can stay longer. The host was very responsive to inquiries.
