Single floor residence has heated pool, high ceilings and sliding doors leading to a screen enclosed relaxing pool area overlooking canal. Tile floor throughout entire house. It's the perfect place to lounge and enjoy your morning coffee or evening dinner. The spacious living room has a large flat screen TV and DVR. There are 4 additional Flatscreen TV's in the house (5 in total). The location provides for a short 10 min ride to the gulf of Mexico, via Caxambas Pass. From this home, there are no bridges that you need to cruise under to get out to the gulf, so no need to worry about height restrictions. You can also enjoy fishing right off the dock in the back of the house. The beach entrance at S. Collier Blvd and Winterberry Dr is beach a short walk away (.5 miles - 10 min).
Peak Season Check in Rules from January to Easter require a Saturday check-in and Saturday Check out.
The house is equipped with a boat lift (Boat lift not included in rental pricing, please inquire separately about availability and price).
However, you may use the dock to tie up a boat. No trailers are allowed to be parked in the driveway, per Marco Island City Laws.

Pool is heated. Size is approx 14'x28'
There is a Weber gas grill on the pool deck
There are 4 chaise lounge chairs on the pool deck to enjoy.
There are also 6 bicycles available for your use at the house.
We have two 2-person kayaks - that you can use right off the dock in the back of the house. Kayak all through the many canals on Marco Island
We also supply beach chairs and a cart.

There is a miniature golf park also within a 10 min walking distance.

Lots of Bars and Restaurants to chose from in walking distance, near intersection of Winterberry Dr and Collier Blvd.

Restaurants within 10 min walk: Fin Bistro, Chico's Marco Prime, Pinchers, La Tavola, Stilts, as well as easy to access restaurants at the Hilton.

WATERFRONT 4 bedroom / 2.5 baths home located on DIRECT access canal to Gulf of Mexico, FISH from your dock. ( We do not provide fishing poles)

Oversized HEATED POOL, large stainless steel BBQ grill, outdoor eating and sunbathing area.

SPLIT bedroom plan offers privacy to all bedrooms. All bedrooms have 26' flat screen HD TV. Indoor and outdoor dining areas. Master bedroom has plush JW Marriott Mattress for a very comfortable nights sleep.

This vacation home has everything you need, bring your clothes and toiletries and enjoy your relaxing luxurious stay in paradise.

LOCATION is most desirable for WALKING DISTANCE to beach, shops, restaurants, Movie Theater, sports bar, hotels, ice cream parlor and sunsets.

Please make sure to read the house rules on here prior to booking the home.
There are no parties allowed and no music is allowed to be played outside the house.

There are security cameras outside the home. These cover the front door, driveway, side and backyard of the house. There are none inside the living area of the home and none facing the pool area.

A list of names of all people staying at the house will be required for this booking.
Photo ID will also need to be provided once the home is booked.

Everything we could need for our stay

This house is in a great location - you could have walked to the beaches but since we had kids we drove the 2 minutes to South Marco beach where there was public parking and a bathroom. The house had lots of beach stuff to use (cart, umbrella, toys, chairs, towels). The layout of the house was perfect for our family - there was plenty of space and the pool and pool area was really lovely to spend the afternoon. It was a great place to stay to enjoy Marco Island!

Marco island

Our first time to Marco island. Wow so beautiful. The house was perfect. The pool was amazing. The beach was just minutes away, you can walk or take the bikes. Restaurants & supermarkets minutes away. The beach was amazing. White powdery sand and cool shells to collect for memories. We saw a dolphin at the beach. Also we saw a manatee from the backyard on the dock. The neighborhood has bunny rabbits & lots of burrowing owls everywhere. Definitely will come back again.

Location, location, location

Absolutely love this property. 2nd year in a row, planning for next year already. All the amenities and a prime location for every desire. In 6 days i was able to golf 18 holes, charter a boat, and go on 2 scuba trips. In between we fished everday off the shore, catching all species including sharks. Also, we were able to enjoy many different types of foods and above all, relax!

Great pool and setup for our family of 5 plus my parents. Walking distance to a lot. Loved being able to use the kayak and saw dolphins on 2 of our kayak trips. Would stay here again!

Great location and amenities

I recently stayed at this property with three friends for a girls' trip and had a great time! The house is not fancy inside, but there was plenty of room for the four of us. What we really loved though was the location and all of the extras. This property is easy walking or biking (there are bikes provided on site) distance to the public access point of the beach. We also biked to lunch and shopping. We loved the pool and sitting out on the dock in the mornings where we were able to spot a few dolphins swimming by! We caught fish off the dock with the poles provided and even used the kayak to explore the canals. Overall it was wonderful experience!

Beautiful and relaxing vacation!

My family and I had an amazing time at this home. It was a short walk to the beach but we ended up spending most of our time enjoying the home pool. The home was perfect for our family and we definitely hope to return!
