Endless Summer. About 3 blocks walking distance to the beautiful white sand beach! 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Heated Pool home with water feature. Granite countertop fully equipped kitchen. Less than a half mile to the beach! Enjoy breathtaking sunsets seen conveniently from the spacious screened in lanai. There are 2 bicycles for your use. Very nice bike ride to the beach ⛱. Walk to many restaurants and more, stay at this centrally-located place.
You can have the entire place all for yourselves. Beach chairs, an umbrella and beach toys for your family enjoyment at the beach. Great for a nice family vacation to enjoy the cozy, and relaxing house. Just contact me if any questions.

House was very clean & well equipped with beach needs (chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach wagon.) Beds were comfortable, but could use better pillows. Kitchen was adequately equipped for cooking, but there were only 6 dinner plates, 3 small plates, 5 butter knives, & 4 teaspoons. Made meals a little difficult with 5 adults. The description said the pool was heated -- it was not. If your interested in going to the beach (8 minute walk) & eating out a lot, then this is the house for you. Great lanai & pool table & bikes (in the garage) provided a lot of fun.

Beautiful beach vacation

The house was the perfect location for a quiet beach getaway. Super close to the beach and you can’t beat a private pool. We also had some typical Florida rainy days and having so many activities in the house like foosball and air hockey helped keep us distracted while we waited out the rain.The house is fully stocked and has everything you need and more to enjoy your vacation, from beach towels to chairs, kitchen appliances and more. Host was communicative and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Great vacation close short walk to the beach.

We had a fantastic time here. The property was very clean. It was a short walk to the beach and she had everything we needed as far as beach supplies, cooler, cooking utensils and appliances. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and game room in the garage. We would for sure stay again.

Extended family weekend

We had a wonderful time. So much to do in walking distance. The beach is beautiful. Plenty of seating in different areas of the house to enjoy with family and friends. The host was amazing and easily reached! It’s a fabulous place to stay!

Great beach house for family

We loved our stay at this beach house. It was a short walk from the beach access. It was perfect for our family. Leiza was very responsive and gave suggestions based on our kids ages.The only request would be to have the pool a littl a little warmer

Family Vacation

This home on Marco Island was a gem. We loved the location as we were so close to the beach. The accommodations were perfect, there was everything you could imagine that you would need here at this house. The lovely backyard was private and a great place to enjoy throughout our vacation. The host was exceptional and readily available for anything we needed!

Nice 2 week get-away

No live tv, Missed football bowl games.Host did all she could, but renters over new yearsprobably want live tv. Go Buckeyes !

Relaxing beautiful home close to beach.

Beautiful place. The photos don’t do justice to the beautiful house. The pushcart really makes the short walk to beach very manageable. We were able to bring the provided beach chairs and shade tent so all family members could enjoy the beach. Great location. A relaxing quiet location. The bikes were great to explore island. Since we had two 18 year olds with us, the safe location allowed us to all be independent and yet together. The house had everything we needed. Unlike some VRBO rentals, our host had plentiful staples- laundry detergent, baggies, spices, etc. We will be back!

Wonderful work retreat

While in town for a conference, we stayed here and found the place to be very accommodating. We were close to the resorts where our conference was, the back patio and pool area were a wonderful place to unwind, the beds were comfortable and the water pressure was good. What more could you ask for?!
