Exquisite Condo | Two Balconies Overlooking Bay

If you’re looking for a waterfront experience with the added bonus of elite restaurants, shopping and entertainment right below your feet, then the Esplanade is perfect for you. This 2nd floor, 2,500 square foot condo sleeps six, with two king beds, one queen, and three bathrooms.

When you wake up each morning, you’re greeted by the gentle sway of the palm trees surrounding your balcony. As you’re enjoying your morning coffee or tea on the balcony, the serene image of the waterfront promenade with a backdrop of yachts docked in Smokehouse Bay is just a look away. One of those boats might be yours since you’re only a short boat ride away from the white sand beaches of undeveloped tropical ten thousand islands and from Marco’s dockside restaurants.

Your balcony also overlooks the brick courtyard of the Esplanade, with its fountains, palm trees and colorful storefronts of upscale retailers, small specialty stores and an eclectic mix of restaurants (CJ’s On The Bay, Mango’s Dockside Bistro, Deep Lagoon Seafood and Oyster House, and Cold Stone Creamery).

The feeling of luxury doesn’t end there, as it follows you inside of the condo. The beautifully decorated interior is painted by natural light through the arched walls of the balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows surrounding the living room. The wooden dining room table looks out at a thick cluster of palms just beyond the balcony. The kitchen, with stools set beside the island counter, is filled with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to cook a gourmet meal.

The bedrooms are decorated with floor-to-ceiling windows to let in the fragrant night air off Smokehouse Bay. The master suite gives you sliding door access to the main balcony and contains an en suite bathroom featuring a bathtub and glass-enclosed shower. The second master suite gives you sliding door access to your own private balcony and contains an en suite bathroom.

This unit provides you with all the comforts and conveniences of your home away from home, including air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels, and a washer and dryer. It also comes with everything you need for a day at the beach, including beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella.

We had a wonderful time, the view from the balcony overlooking the court yard was amazing for New Years Eve. The condo is perfect. Lots of room for the whole family.

Very clean

Over all it was acceptable. Needed some basics but after contacting management they dropped off the essential items we requested. I feel the furniture was not very luxurious or comfortable. Also lacked bureaus. We have stayed in another unit in this building and it is was very very nice and comfortable. The price and the bar is high for all the rentals in this location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit has a lot of potential. We spent a lot of money for this rental during a busy spring break season and the condo as a whole felt uninviting. The photos online are great, but in person there is a very cold feeling. Part of the kitchen flooring is an interesting concrete. Almost felt unfinished. No rugs of any kind. The furniture felt cheap and not at all what past properties felt like. In addition to that, we chose this place because it advertised 2 king beds, which was perfect for 2 of my 3 kids to share one, however, there was only 1 King bed and 2 doubles which was a little snug for them. We were also hoping for more conveniences. This is not our first time renting a vacation property and it would have been nice to have some extras such as bikes to use (other property rentals in the same building had - after talking to other vacationers), maybe some basic pool noodles, sand toys, we had to request a cooler (which property management did drop off). For the money we spent it just felt like there could be more. Also, there are some things that could use maintenance’s attention, but nothing that would ruin our stay. Some positives: This was such a fun location! Great view of the bay. We loved watching all the passerby’s at the restaurant below from our spacious patio. We loved having several spots to eat and ice cream all within your own facility. The pool was great! Perfect water temp and never over-crowded.
