IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Seawinds Condominium Association will begin renovations to the lobby and pool bathrooms on June 17, 2026. Construction activities will generate noise in those areas of the property. The Association will also conduct balcony repairs in the 01 and 02 stacks, beginning August 3, 2026, and continuing through November 1, 2026. Construction activities for this project will generate noise throughout the building, depending on the location of the work relative to individual units. Additionally, the pool deck, pool, and hot tub may be closed to ensure everyone's safety. Due to ongoing Association projects, only one parking space is allowed per unit.

Great property. Fantastic condo. Clean with well stocked kitchen and extra linens / pillows / beach items. Only suggestion is to add a wine bottle opener to the kitchen and consider blackout blinds in the bedroom with the bunk bed as the outside lights were pretty bright all night. Would stay again!

We appreciated the comfy beds, array of kitchen supplies and nice closet space. The building is older and could use a bit of a facelift, still uses metal keys, but has a pool and hot tub both heated nicely. It looks like the general building is scheduled for some renovations, which will elevate the experience for future guests. The building next door has a full restaurant and bar that are accessible from the beach, which is convenient for lunch and/or refreshments during a beach day

Reviewer Comments: We loved the condo we had Sea Winds.#905 was recently remodeled and was in great condition.As Hurricane Milton bore down on the west coast, we decided to stay and were not disappointed.Sea Winds had a generator powering the elevator, hall lights and lobby.The units also have hurricane proof sliding doors which held up well during the high winds.We could charge our phones and make coffee or use the microwave in the lobby.I only wish the pool area offer umbrellas or shade trees to shield guests from the sun.Check in and check out was very fast and easy.We would definitely return.

One of the best beach condos we've rented

Very good overall. Strongest positives - awesome view, good-sized balcony, well-equipped unit - especially including beach equipment, nice fininishes, good parking. We also really liked the glass slider doors - best we've ever seen, and they open up to 6' wide. Very nice! Anyone who rents beachfront condos knows how challenged slider doors can be. Things that could be improved: water pressure in master bath was a little weak, black-out curtains - especially in the second bedroom that fronts the sunrise/East would be preferable (though generally the curtains were high-quality and worked nicely). The unit is reasonably-sized, but might feel slightly small with 4 adults for a week. We would also recommend updating the coffee maker to a unit that turns off automatically. Overall: we had a great time and liked the unit a lot (one of our favorite beachfront units). I would recommend renting this unit.
