"Bel hotel en bord de mer avec vue et balcon. Piscine très appréciée. Déjeuner buffet également. Ménage fait vite cependant et inégal. Personnel gentil mais certains avec un air un peu hautin. La nourriture sur place est bonne mais un peu tiède (surtout le buffet du soir). Nous étions quand même satisfaits car on voulait se reposer un peu en fin de voyage avant de revenir au Canada. L’aéroport est à bonne distance."

"We had an excellent stay at the Athens Sofitel. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The property was immaculate and exceptionally well maintained. The food was outstanding, and the service was truly exceptional from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Athens. We look forward to staying here again!"

"The hotel was an excellent choice for our trip to Athens. The location is great if you need to take the metro, taxi or even if you are using the hop off bus. Yes, some streets look a bit sketchy during the day and night but it's like any other place. The Staff was extremely helpful. I didn't get his name but one of the gentleman in the front desk was helpful in translating a document I had and helped me with other resources to get the information I was looking for. He went above and beyond. Everyday our towels were changed which was great. and they refilled our coffee pods and the water jug inside the fridge. We did end up using the built-in Kitchen which was a great for the last day of our trip. Thank you Ermass Staff, we had a great stay in Athens."
