"The whole time we were there, the cleaning staff never once refilled our coffee in the room. We asked them to bring us some for the next day, everyday, which is ridiculous for the amount of money spent. Other than that, they were very helpful and polite."

"The room was clean, and nicely decorated. The staff were great... Breakfast was lovely with a fabulous view of the Parthenon! We were supposedly upgraded to a quiet room - which was "accessible". Wouldn't recommend an "accessible" room if not needed - no place to put your towels or toilet paper in the bathroom, no hooks, bars, bathroom is like a wet room - the shower head has to be hand held, - it could be put on a holder higher for people that don't require hand held. Like the hard flooring - bed was comfortable. Curtains are great for a darkening the room during daylight. WIFI was good although not good enough for the smart tv. Netflix doesn't work."
