Le RIAD AMOUR, fully privatized for your family or friends; has been completely renovated (2022), respecting the local architectural know-how, on which we have added our touch, hoping that it will make you feel at home faraway.
We have tried to imagine all the five private bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms with the comfort of contemporary luxury so that you can fully enjoy your stay.
Located in the eastern part of the medina, which remains the most authentic neighborhood with little tourism.
A 20 min walk takes you to the JEMA EL FNAA square, passing through the colorful labyrinth of the souks.

STAFF
You will be welcomed by our staff who will ensure your well-being and comfort throughout your stay and will supplies you with everything you need, just ask.
Our staff will be on site discreetly from 8 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. to prepare your breakfast, carry out daily cleaning and maintain the riad. The rooms will be cleaned daily, sheets and towels will be changed at your request.
I will be at your disposal for any reservation of excursion, taxi, restaurant or to advise you on the medina. If you want I can supply you with my list of âFAVORITE SPOTS" to add your stay of some more unforgettable travel memories.
SERVICE
LE RIAD AMOUR is a private house and not a fully serviced BED AND BREAKFAST RIAD nor a GUEST HOUSE.
The riad is fully privatised for your own use. In order to make things more comfortable and easy for you, is being partly serviced, as our bonus in the package.
BREAKFAST
Breakfasts are included in the rate.
They will be served every day between 8.30 am and 10.30 am, on the terrace, or in the winter dining room or patio dining area depending on the weather.
They are made up of local products (fresh juice, pancakes, msemen, jams, honey, local bread), but also fresh seasonal fruit / and eggs.
Water will be available daily in the rooms as well in the fridge with free access.
EXTRA MEALS
We offer a service for homecooked dinners, luches or aperitif in the Riad upon reservation. Our 3 course menu is at 27 euros/ 270 dhs per person, excluding drinks.
Do not hesitate to let us know in advance in case of food intolerances in order to adapt the service.
Payments are to be made in cash only, either Dirhams, Euros.
Lunches or dinner or aperitif (extra) must be reserved 24 hours in advance in order to agree on the menu with our staff.
OUR ROOMS
All our rooms have quality bedding and linens. They also all have reversible air conditioning / heating, ceiling fan, and electric heating central. We can on request transform two bedrooms with two single beds into a double bed 150 cm, and also add 1 baby bed.
In our bathrooms, the shower products/shampoos are top-of-the-range local products.
KIDS
The Riad is Kid Friendly, we have on request the necessary for babies - 1 foldable baby bed, 1 high chair, 1 changing table. We can also provide some games/toys and baby monitor for babies, do not hesitate to ask us in advance. We do have a baby sitter service if you need upon reservation.
Children and their use of the swimming pool and the various areas of the riad are under your supervision and responsibility.
TRANSFER
A pick-up from the airport to the riad's entrance door can be arranged. We are collaborating with a trustworthy chauffeur company. Their drivers are reliable, on time and know the location of the riad. The chauffeur will take you to the closest possible drop-off point, (3 min walk from the riad), and than help you with your luggages and walk you to the entrance door of the riad.
Please note that cars are not allowed in most parts of the medina, and many riad like ours do not have direct car access.
AROUND LE RIAD AMOUR
The area is a very lively, local quarter, a bit ârough around the edgesâ living amongst the locals & being surrounding by their daily lifes & habits. From there the entire medina is walkable.

PHOTOS & PHOTO SHOOTINGS in the riad
You are welcome to take photos around the riad to document your stay and to keep these for your own pleasure and posterity. We are more than happy for you to do this.
However, in case you do intend to use our location for commercial photo shoots, photographing merchandise, fashion, portraits or other set-ups for commercial use, which may be appearing in social media, on websites, in magazines or any other publication, kindly please mention this in your inquiry.
A booking via airbnb entitles you to sleep and stay in our oasis, photo shoots will be invoiced seperately based on a common agreement and depending on your request.
Please note, that changes the decor of our property or injecting your own products for the pupose of styling a shoot needs our agreement.
Disregard of our ground rules, photo shoots for commercial purposes and without our prior agreement, and commercial self-promoting on any kind of social media, will be considered a contravention of our house rules.
We kindly ask you to respect our wishes and requests in this matter.

TRUST
Bringing local young moroccan male or female guests to the riad for various purposes during day time and/or overnight is strictly forbidden by law and can engender penalties, legal pursuit, but most of all losing our good reputation in the neighbourhood. Please kindly take this in consideration before booking.
To respect the local culture we kindly ask you to refrain from loud music or rooftop parties.
OCCUPANCY
To inquire for availability please send me a message in advance. The maximum capacity of the riad is 12 guests.
Please note that every guest checking-in the riad must be on the airbnb reservation contract, we can't allow extra guest without prior Vrbo reservation.
