Service was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A little difficult to get there only because you can’t be dropped off by taxi and you have to walk about 15 minutes to get there. Great experience overall.

We enjoyed our stay here. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others. We stayed in the family suite which was very spacious for our family. Breakfast was good. Staff were always super helpful. The riad was gorgeous and they have a pet turtle. The swimming pool was a little on the smaller size, great to chill in but not really swim in. Location was great for the main square and medina area, lots of souks in walking distance and you get a nice vibe from the medina; the alleyways and structures reminded me of Aladdin. The slight issue we found was you will need to walk 5-10 minutes to get dropped up and picked up for excursions and to/from airport; this is fine for adults but a bit harder with kids in 45C

We had a great stay at Riad Karmela and we were impressed how warm and helpful the staff are. Mohamed and Amine were especially helpful to us with arranging transportation and making sure we get to our destinations on time and safely. The breakfast was amazing and there were lots of options with fresh fruits and vegetables. Our room was spacious and clean. We highly recommend this hotel and good location in the medina.

We stayed in this pretty Petit Riad for two nights with our daughter and her friends. The Petit Riad is a separate 3 bedroom house with ensuite bathrooms and lots of sitting areas to gather, talk and play cards. The rooms are large, air-conditioned, clean, nicely decorated with comfortable beds and nice linens. A great breakfast is served on the rooftop of the adjacent Riad Karmela Princesse...loads of fresh fruit, breads, olives, meats and cheeses. We also enjoyed a lovely dinner on the rooftop of Riad Karmela one evening. The staff are friendly and helpful. We loved our stay in the Petit Riad; it was a perfect oasis from the bustle of the medina.

The staff were the true gems of this riad. Every single one of them was genuinely kind and helpful, which is something so rare to find in any accommodation. The breakfast service was excellent, and the location is very well connected to the souks, the main square and the pickup points for major excursions, including the hot-air balloon ride and Ouzoud Waterfalls. One staff member in particular went above and beyond to make us feel safe near the riad. He accompanied us to the nearest pickup point for our hot-air balloon trip at 4 a.m. and even helped us arrange our journey back to the airport. This person truly reflects the warmth and hospitality of Marrakesh. My partner and I will definitely return to Marrakesh, and especially to this riad. Impeccable service! :)
