The place to stay in the Marrakech old Medina! What Iiked the most: - Amazing service team that are very professional and truly care about everything you need. They also can propose you great place to go for eat or visit. - Super clean everywhere in the Riad. - The roof terrace is absolutely beautiful and relaxing. - Included in the package (no extra charge): bottles of water, fresh fruits baskets everywhere , laundry service, hair dryer, excellent breakfast every morning. - Security: they provide you with a cell phone in case you are lost in the old Medina labyrinths or if you need anything while you are visiting outside. They also, if you need, send someone to walk you to some specific place so it’s very reassuring - The food at the restaurant was very delicious (especially the duck). You can ask to have your meal (or drink) delivered anywhere in the Riad (on the terrace, in the room, etc.). They are taking very seriously the allegies and manage it well. -SPA service available (I did not had the chance to try it this time) Things that can be reviewed: - Water in the pool extremely cold. They told me they were working on this. - The windows isolation (to reduce the external noise coming from the city like the prayers calls) and some doors in the room were difficult to move/close. - No TV in the room (but 1 is available for everyone in the lobby) - The fish plate (Sole Meunière) from the restaurant was not that tasty comparing to the other meals

Nous recommandons ce magnifique Riad. Tout était parfait du début à la fin de notre séjour. La beauté du Riad, un décor rafiné, la propreté, le service apporté pour nous satisfaire, la qualité des petits dej. We had an amazing stay at Riad Kheirredine and couldn’t recommend it enough. The riad is beautiful, luxurious, spotlessly clean, and feels very welcoming. The location was perfect for us - just outside the busy areas and Medina, so it’s peaceful while everything remains easily walkable. Our room (Vanilla) was lovely, with a big bath and rainfall shower. The toiletries, dressing gowns, and slippers were a nice touch and with two daily turndown services the room was always spotless, stocked with fresh fruit, water, and biscuits. The spa treatment was great, and the heated pool was a welcome bonus on rainy days. Although the weather limited our time on the rooftop, it was peaceful with beautiful views when we did use it. The restaurant was a highlight - breakfast offered plenty of choice, and dinners were consistently delicious with Moroccan, Italian, and international options. Booking a half-day tour on our first morning was the best way to start the trip, helping us get our bearings and feel confident exploring the markets. We were provided with a phone to contact staff if we ever needed directions, someone to meet us or had questions. We never needed to use it, but it was reassuring to have. I was surprised with a special birthday treat, and many staff took the time to wish me a happy birthday, which felt really thoughtful. Above all, the staff made our stay unforgettable everyone was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our trip special.

I traveled to Marrakesh as a solo female traveler and after a rough travel experience and missing lounge. The front desk went above and beyond. They called airports on my behalf and ensured my luggage would be at the Marrakesh airport ASAP. They arranged staff to walk me and pick me up from meet up points to ensure I never felt unsafe. They had my laundry washed daily because I arrived with two outfits. The riad is gorgeous but the service was incredible. I’ve heard the hospitality in Morocco is amazing, but I was blown away. I highly recommend this riad.

Upscale, modern Moroccan oasis!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this oasis in the middle of Marrakech! The service was absolutely impeccable and made our stay feel safe and catered to no matter where we were on the property or even in the city. The overall aesthetic of this Riad was upscale, modern Moroccan! Absolutely loved it, and would love to have the designer completely redo my home! The various pools located around the property provided space for rest and relaxation from the hustle and bustle of the streets just a step outside. The breakfast they served was an experience in and of itself. The only downside in my experience was that my room was technically the fourth floor because it was a multilevel room, and there are no lifts, and although the staff took care of the luggage, it was a bit of a climb just to get to the bedroom, especially after a long day of walking around the city!

WOW.

SPECTACULAR SERVICE. The hotel provides a walking guide from the taxi stand to the hotel and back at all hours of the day as it would be impossible to find. Feels a bit sketchy if you’re not used to the area (trash, beggars, motorcycles constantly on narrow paths), but when you step inside it is spectacular. Free laundry service every day. Rooftop breakfast lunch and dinner. Multiple pools. Turndown service (even close the drapes). They give you a local cell phone to walk the city with just incase your nav or cell doesn’t work. Spectacular attention to everyone’s needs. Absolutely authentic Morrocab charming Riad. Beautiful without feeling too Bougie. Authentic, attentive. A bit of a maze but there’s always someone to help you. Might be my favorite hotel ever and I stay 100 days a year in hotels. My colleague stayed at the Nobu. I stayed here. So happy I did.
