One night in Martigues.

Rooms need to get renovated specially the door to go inside. Mattress a bit hard as my back felt it. Well located(close to commerces...even a mall). Very clean was my room. Think suitable for short staying (like me). In summertime bath in the pond may be possible. Helpful reception staff when open.

TrĂšs déçu – chambre sale, service inexistant

Nous avions rĂ©servĂ© pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant, mais cela n’a pas Ă©tĂ© pris en compte. Un lit d’appoint nous a Ă©tĂ© facturĂ© en supplĂ©ment suite au constat de son absence dans la chambre. Par ailleurs, au moment de l’enregistrement, les informations nous ont Ă©tĂ© communiquĂ©es trĂšs sĂšchement concernant le petit dĂ©jeuner : il fallait le rĂ©server dĂšs l’arrivĂ©e pour toutes les nuits, sans quoi ce ne serait plus possible. Il en a Ă©tĂ© de mĂȘme concernant l’impossibilitĂ© de rentrer aprĂšs 22h en cas de problĂšme de badge (plus d’accueil et grille fermĂ©e si perte de code). DĂšs notre arrivĂ©e, les draps Ă©taient tachĂ©s et des insectes Ă©taient prĂ©sents dans la chambre (araignĂ©es au plafond, fourmis au sol et mĂȘme sur le drap). Nous avons donc laissĂ© la pancarte "Faire la chambre" accrochĂ©e Ă  la porte le lendemain matin. Cependant, Ă  notre retour tard le soir, nous avons constatĂ© que personne n’était passĂ© pour le mĂ©nage : les serviettes laissĂ©es au sol n’avaient pas Ă©tĂ© changĂ©es, les poubelles non vidĂ©es, et bien sĂ»r, les insectes Ă©taient toujours dans la chambre. La rĂ©ception Ă©tant fermĂ©e Ă  22h, nous avons dĂ» passer la nuit dans ces conditions. TrĂšs mauvaise expĂ©rience globale donc : aucune hygiĂšne, aucun service et un accueil froid. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet Ă©tablissement.

Séjour convenable mais gros bémol sur le service. En effet nous avons réservé une chambre pour 3 personnes (1 adulte 2 enfants de 15 et 10 ans) et arrivés sur place on m'explique à la réception que c'est une chambre avec 2 lits seulement et qu'il n'y a plus de lits d'appoint ou d'autres chambres et qu'il faut faire avec!! Quand je leur explique que ce n'est pas ce que j'ai réservé on me dit qu'il ne fallait pas réserver via hotel.com mais directement par le site de l'hÎtel si on ne veut pas de mauvaises surprises... Par contre personnel de ménage trÚs sympathique.

TrĂšs agrĂ©able grĂące Ă  l'Ă©quipe, je fais souvent des dĂ©placements pro dans le coin et j'ai immĂ©diatement reconnu l'acceuil agrĂ©able qu'on reçoit Ă©galement Ă  Marseille la Valentine. C'est donc le mĂȘme gĂ©rant et franchement on le ressent. Les enfants qui m'accompagnent souvent Ă©taient trĂšs contents, le petit dĂ©j est super. La seule chose qui m'Ă©chappe c'est pourquoi ils ne changent pas de jardinier, c'est propre mais extrĂȘmement pauvre visuellement, bien en deça des possibilitĂ©s offertes par le terrain et la mĂ©tĂ©o provençale, mais ça reste un dĂ©tail.
