La Baraka - Beau studio dans parc arboré

Cocoonr Agency is pleased to present La Baraka, a beautiful studio flat with a terrace, ideally situated in the heart of a wooded park. La Baraka is situated on the 2nd floor (accessible by lift) of a recently built residential block. The flat is located close to the calanques, the beaches and the village centre of Mazargues. A parking space at the foot of the building is included with the let. Cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.

This property is offered exclusively under a ‘mobility tenancy’ – a furnished tenancy agreement lasting between 1 and 10 months – reserved for people in situations of temporary mobility (studies, training, work placements, professional assignments or transfers, etc.). You must sign the tenancy agreement to gain access to the property.
Following your booking, you will be asked to provide the documents required to complete your application and draw up the tenancy agreement: proof of identity for the occupants, contact details, proof of address where applicable, proof of home contents insurance, proof of your employment status or reason for mobility, as well as the required proof of income (e.g. payslips or financial statements for the self-employed).
Please ensure, before making any booking, that you are eligible for the mobility tenancy agreement and able to provide these documents. If the tenancy agreement is not signed and the required supporting documents are not submitted, access to the accommodation cannot be granted.

The accommodation:
- A living area: lounge with a sofa and smart TV, a dining area, and a queen-size bed (160x200).
- A kitchenette opening onto the living area, including: fridge, electric kettle…
- A bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer.
- A terrace accessible from the living room.

La Baraka is fully equipped to make you feel right at home: Wi-Fi / washing machine / dishwasher / Nespresso coffee machine / complimentary welcome coffee capsules.

La Baraka is a lovely flat, perfect for a couple. You’ll be charmed by its terrace, its ideal location and its atmosphere.

Location:
By staying at La Baraka, you’re choosing a traditional neighbourhood in France’s second-largest city: the village-like district of Mazargues, situated between the city, the sea and the Calanques. If you head out to your left, you’ll first reach the Stade Vélodrome, then the city centre or the Prado beaches. If you head out to your right, you can reach the legendary Gineste and visit the Calanques of Marseille–Cassis

Transport:
- Bus routes 22 and 23 pass right outside the residence and will take you to the city centre.
- By car: A parking space is reserved for the property at the bottom of the building within the residence.
- Saint Charles station is 30 minutes away by bus (No. 22 or 23) followed by Metro Line 2
- The airport is accessible via a shuttle bus to Saint Charles station, but we recommend using taxis or ride-hailing services such as Uber.
