"The only serious problem is that the safe box in the room wouldn't open. The front desk person tried several things, but to no avail. Apparently the manager was not available! The result is that I had to carry all of my valuables with me the entire time! I was angry about this since that was one of the reasons I chose the property. Another thing: false advertising... No way a laptop would fit in that small lockbox! Only the tiniest of devices might fit... Another thing I didn't like is that I couldn't leave the windows open since there was very strong car exhaust. Normally I turn off the air-conditioning and open the windows. Not possible. Very loud too. Otherwise, everything was perfect."
