Beachfront Luxe Retreat | Pool, Rooftop Deck & Room for 20 Guests

There are beach houses. And then there is this.

Built in 2024 on Melbourne Beach — a designated sea turtle nesting zone and one of the last stretches of Florida's Atlantic coast that still feels like it belongs to the people on it — this 5,000-square-foot beachfront estate was designed without a single corner cut. Two residences, one property. A six-bedroom main house and a three-bedroom guest house, each fully equipped, each with its own kitchen and living space, and a private boardwalk out back that puts you on the sand in seconds. Book one side or take the whole thing. Either way, the Atlantic is at your door.

The main house sets the tone immediately. Living areas generous enough that twenty people find their rhythm without stepping on each other. A full kitchen made for the kind of cooking that happens when nobody's watching the clock — slow breakfasts, long dinners, the bottle of wine that turns into three. Dining for eight inside, the fire pit pulling everyone out as the night cools down and the conversation gets better.

Every bedroom earns its place. The primary king suite opens onto a private ocean-view terrace — wake up, push the doors open, and let the morning do what it wants. The remaining rooms across both residences are equally considered: queen beds, real quiet, the sound of the water doing the rest. Nine bedrooms total. Six bathrooms. Space for twenty people to feel like they're actually on vacation rather than sharing a house.

Outside is where the estate becomes something else entirely. The heated pool and hot tub anchor the outdoor space — long afternoon swims, late-night soaks while the fire pit crackles nearby, the kind of evening that nobody wants to call. The shared cabana keeps it all within reach: wine fridge, ice trough, beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels already waiting so nothing interrupts the flow. When the beach pulls harder than the pool, the private boardwalk gets you there in under a minute. Surfboards are in the cabana closet for those who want them.

And above it all — the rooftop deck. Sunsets from up here stop conversations mid-sentence. Bring something to drink. Plan to stay longer than you meant to.

The surrounding area matches the energy of the property. Ezride Surf School is minutes away for anyone ready to get in the water properly. BG's Bayside Marina rents kayaks and pontoons for a full day out. Cocoa Beach dolphin tours run along the Banana River. Sebastian Inlet delivers world-class fishing and surf. Kennedy Space Center sits close enough for a morning that reframes everything — and if the timing lines up, a SpaceX or NASA rocket launch visible from the beach is the kind of moment that gets talked about for years. Walt Disney World is ninety minutes when the group wants a day of something different. The Brevard Zoo, coastal golf courses, beach parks, and piers fill out whatever's left.

Between March and October, Melbourne Beach observes sea turtle nesting season — lights along the shore go dark after 9 PM to protect hatchlings finding their way to the water. It's a small ask, and a reminder that this particular stretch of coastline is alive in a way most places simply aren't anymore.

This is the property that gets the trip named after it. The one people are still talking about at the next reunion, already asking when you're booking it again. For a milestone birthday, a family that hasn't been in the same place in years, a group of friends overdue for something worth the travel — this is the one.

Nine bedrooms. Five thousand square feet. The Atlantic at your door. All yours.
