The lady who was working at check in at 7pm on Saturday night was amazing. We had 2 room bookings, required 2 car park accesses. She served us, plus 2 other groups of people at the same time as juggling phone calls. Absolutely lovely and brilliant at her job. The room was spotless. Could not have been cleaner.
