This single family home built in 1926 is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Located close to downtown Melbourne, beaches, golf course and Florida Tech. A perfect home base for all the Orlando attractions and the Space Center.

Kitchen was large and had all the equipment we needed. Some of the lower cupboards had crumbs and food particles in them. Toaster and some other appliances had to be cleaned out before use. We appreciated all the amenities that came with our stay. There were plenty of towels and bathroom accessories. The house was conveniently located.

Great Stay-Close to Everything

Our family was in town for a baseball tournament and this was the perfect home base away from the fields. It was close to the beach and only 25 minutes from the complex and was close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Communication with Donna was great and the house was immaculate. I had the good fortune of staying at the 1926 house and it was amazing. Donna the owner was very quick to reply to any questions/messages and the house was extremely clean and spacious.
