Notre sĂ©jour Ă  Malte ( 6 adultes ne parlant pas anglais ) a Ă©tĂ© grandement facilitĂ© par les bons conseils de Jo le propriĂ©taire de ce trĂšs bel appartement oĂč rien ne manque :la superbe vue depuis les balcons ,de grands espaces de vie ,une cuisine super Ă©quipĂ©e et la trĂšs agrĂ©able piscine. Depuis le temps que nous voyageons, je n'ai jamais rencontrĂ© un propriĂ©taire aussi disponible que Jo; de notre arrivĂ©e Ă  l'aĂ©roport jusqu'Ă  notre dĂ©part Jo a tout organisĂ©; bravo et encore un grand merci .

Pasamos una semana en familia en este magnífico apartamento. A nuestra llegada, a las 9 de la noche nos estaba esperando Chris, que amablemente nos enseñó todo. Habían tenido en cuenta nuestra llegada tardía y nos dejaron leche, huevos y algunas cosas para poder comer y desayunar al día siguiente. Hay un pequeño supermercado a unos 200m.El apartamento es mås grande de lo que muestran las fotos, todas las estancias son muy amplias, y todo estaba super limpio. La piscina es muy grande y tranquila, muchas veces vacía, o con muy poca gente.También tiene un garage enorme, donde caben hasta 4 coches.Las vistas sobre el mar son muy bonitas, con muchos barcos amarrados.No quiero olvidarme tampoco del propietario, Joe, super amable, y atento. Nos recomendó a Frank's Auto Rental para el alquiler de coche y traslados desde y al aeropuerto y todo fue genial. Recomendamos 100%

Great Apartment with beautiful seaview

Joes apartment is very spacious and has a beautiful interieur. You will feel very welcome in his house because Joe and Lorna are always availabe for any question and advice. Inside you can find anything you need for a perfect stay, particularly the kitchen is very well equipped. Nothing is missing for a perfect holiday. The sea is always in sight and the balconys with its view ans sunshine are gorgeous. Its quiet in the night so that you can catch a good sleep. The Mellieha beach is reachable within 10 minutes on food. We are happy we stayed at Joes apartment and have absolutely nothing to complain about.

Phenomenal Location

Our rental for the week from Joe was a wonderful experience. From the moment we were picked up from the airport by Catherine, to meeting Lorna and speaking with Joe, we had nothing but great experiences. The flat was perfect for our family of six and a perfect location. In the evenings we enjoyed the view from our balcony and the kids enjoyed the pool immensely. The neighbours were kind and wonderful to speak with. The location was excellent in terms of restaurants, grocery shopping and reaching destinations. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are looking forward to returning in the near future to Joe’s flat. Thank you so much Joe!

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit Meerblick

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was wir fĂŒr einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt haben. Sie ist sehr gerĂ€umig, hell und sauber. Sehr praktisch ist auch der Tiefgaragenstellplatz mit direktem Fahrstuhl vor die WohnungstĂŒr. Von der Wohnung lĂ€uft man ca. 10 Minuten bis zum Strand und 20 Minuten bis in den alten Ortskern, der etwas höher liegt. Insgesamt hat uns die Wohnung sehr gefallen.

What an amazing stay

We were greeted at the property and shown the property. Wonderful location close to everything we wanted to do within walking distance, or a short 10 min walk to the bus stop with regular busses. All of which is provided in the welcome folder given by the landlord. One thing that caught us off guard was having to pay for electricity, but understood. However the apartment got so hot throughout the day that we blew through the initial installment of power within the first few days. Suggestion to the owner to install black out curtains in the living room and kitchen to make it more energy effective. overall we had a wonderful time with our family of 5 and would recommend a stay to our friends and family.

Ein rundum sorglos Paket

Wir - 3 Frauen - verbrachten eine wunderschöne FrĂŒhlingswoche im Appartement. Alle vorherigen Absprachen waren völlig problemlos, sehr freundlich und kompetent. Die Organisation der Abholung am Flughafen, der gefĂŒllte KĂŒhlschrank mit den ersten Lebensmitteln, eine traumhafte Sicht aufs Meer beim FrĂŒhstĂŒck in der Sonne auf einer der 3 Terrassen - wir haben es sehr genossen! Einziges Problem war die WĂ€rme in der Wohnung - fĂŒrs FrĂŒhjahr war es frisch und windig, so dass wir heizen mussten - was bei offenen DurchgĂ€ngen schwierig war. Hier wĂ€re ein schwerer Vorhang zwischen Wohnzimmer und Flur hilfreich. Herzlichen Dank an Joe und sein Team!

Vacation in Malta

Every aspect of this rental experience was absolutely perfect. We are seasoned travellers and this apartment was undoubtedly the most well-represented place we have ever stayed in. Joe was quick to respond to us from pre through to post-booking. Lorna greeted us warmly and had prepared a lovely food package to start our vacation, which was most appreciated. The taxi services they booked for us were on time, professional and luxurious. The apartment was exactly as detailed. Beautifully appointed, very well outfitted, modern kitchen with all the conveniences of “home”. The place was spotless, with plenty of fresh towels, very comfortable beds and a huge amount of closet space in each bedroom. Internet was easily accessible. A detailed manual has been prepared for guests that is most helpful, with tips on local restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The location is safe and very pretty, with a walkable rugged coastline directly in front and a beach area within a few moments walk. We reviewed our experience overall as 5 stars simply because we couldn’t put more!!!

Heerlijke plek

Ruim, schoon, compleet en fijn appartement. Het contact met de eigenaar en de beheerder is super verlopen. Alle vragen worden beantwoord en ze staan voor je klaar wanneer dat nodig is, Leuke locatie en genoeg te doen in de omgeving. Bedankt Joe en Lorna!

Lovely apartment

Joe’s apartment is spacious, well-equipped, clean and comfortable. One of the best we have stayed in. The communication from Joe and his management company was excellent and we were sent a very comprehensive package of information regarding the apartment which covered everything we needed to know. The complex is well-maintained and secure. We organised our airport transfers through Joe and the taxi was prompt and a reasonable price. The online description of the apartment is accurate. I would only mention that if you go in the winter, as we did, there is not as much sun on the terraces as you might expect from the description due to the sun being lower in the sky at this time. There are several restaurants within easy walking distance and a mini market, the Luna, which catered for all our holiday needs. I would certainly recommend this apartment.
