Just blocks from historic Beale Street, FedEx Forum, National Civil Rights Museum, Memphis in May activities, amazing restaurants & great views of the Mississippi River. You’ll love the LOCATION, the building history, exposed brick, the new high-end appliances including washer/dryer, gated off-street parking, and building security.

You not only have the benefit of being located in the heart of Memphis within walking distance of nearly anything you might want to see downtown, but the space is completely upgraded with top-of-the-line appliances & state-of-the-art smart home technology. It's a perfect confluence of historical elegance with modern convenience.

You have exclusive use of the entire condo, including bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and the washer/dryer.

You also have have a dedicated parking space in the gated parking lot adjacent to the building.

This is a one-bedroom condo with a king bed, but I also provide a self-inflating queen-size Aerobed complete with sheets & blankets that you can use to easily accommodate a total of four people.

Note that unit is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator in the historic Ambassador Hotel. Guests must be able to climb 2 flights of stairs.

J.R was fantastic at communicating throughout the entire stay! It was really easy to get access, and having parking included was such a bonus. The apartment was clean and in a perfect spot, close to Beale Street. I definitely recommend staying here if you're ever in Memphis!

We stayed only one night but the unit was great. We had to reach out because we had an issue getting in (our user error) and they were very helpful. We walked over to the Civil Rights Museum. Location was great. We’d stay again if we get the chance.

Very clean and easy to find. The hosts directions and the overall experience was Top Notch. Unlike many other VRBOs this one does not skimp on essentials (TP, paper towels, wash cloths, bath towels, etc) for your entire stay. Highly recommend this unit if you are visiting the area and need a secure location that is centrally connected to everything.

I booked this VRBO (somewhat) last minute, but had zero issues with the timing. The communication was quick and instructions were easy to understand. My first thought upon entering was “okay, this is very cool.” It’s a condo in a historic building with a very “downtown loft” vibe. Nice hardwood floors, very clean and no noise from the neighbors. The memory foam mattress was very comfortable and there was a nice selection of Keuring coffees and teas to choose from in the morning. I would 100% stay here again!

We were traveling with 2 dogs; staying in Memphis just for the night. Directions to parking and entrance instructions were flawless. Very close to so much that we wanted to see/do. Short walk to Beale St., great BBQ & Civil Rights Museum; 2 blocks to large park along the Mississippi. Host was gracious and allowed us a late checkout so we could take our time at the museum. Neighborhood is older, and in the process of being updated/rebuilt. Felt very safe walking the area.

PERFECT place to stay while taking in Beale Street, the river, Graceland, downtown Memphis. This apartment is BEAUTIFUL. We loved the homey feel that is modern but comfortable. The bed was perfectly comfortable for us... we stayed 2 nights. We walked everywhere to take in sites downtown. We have a large dog and although there is a pad of grass within the gated parking area, we also walked him a couple blocks over the enjoy the beautiful river. J.R. answered my million questions quickly. We didn't eat at the apartment but everything you'd need is there. Thank you for making our stay in Memphis perfect. We highly recommend staying here.

Smack dab in the middle of everything! Location. Location. Location. But more than the location the place was beautiful decorated, clean, and well stocked. I stayed for three full days. Easy walk to the Civil Rights museum, local grocery store, I ate at B.B. Kings restaurant for lunch, walked to the Rock and Soul Museum, walked to the convention center (St. Jude 1/2 marathon packet pick up) and got a massage at Amani Bath Spa. I ordered dinner at Little Italy and took it back to the VRBO. After the race I took an Uber to Graceland, then ate at Flight Restaurant (ranked top 5 in the US!) and then enjoyed a concert at the orpheum theater (NEEDTOBREATH). Long story short, this was a dream trip for me and this place was a perfect home base!
