Property charges an undisclosed 75.00 fee. Valet is outrageous and I did not feel safe in the area. Smell of marijuana very strong all around the property as well as in the lobby area. Would not recommend for families or those traveling alone…

This place is in a great location. I highly recommend staying here. Can't fault this place. Beale street is on your doorstep. A very safe place. People are very nice here and on Beale Street. I would 100% stay here again.

The people aren’t very bright which made the experience incredibly frustrating. Also they hold $75 which is not disclosed anywhere. Not very friendly, food was okay but not flavorful so I wouldn’t buy breakfast there again. Pool was very nice.

Hotel staff were nice. The hotel overbooked us and upgraded us. Rooms are a bit small. Annoying that you have to use your room key for the elevator and there is one shared microwave in the common area. And no vending machines so we had to go to the store a lot.

We had a fabulous 4 day/3 night trip to Memphis and stayed at the Centric. I was unsure if I made the right choice based on some of the reviews but I'm glad I did. Maybe we came at the right time of year when there were no games or events going on. I could see how it would be a popular hotel to stay at during basketball season and/or the weekends. It was a beautiful hotel. Check in was a breeze. Liked the security feature of needing our room key to take the elevator up to our floor. Our room was clean and plenty of room for the 3 of us. Beds were comfy. Loved the infused water available in the lobby every day. We did not eat at the restaurant but ordered a cocktail from the bar. The bartenders were all very friendly. Location was perfect. Quick walk to Beale Street and restaurants as well as the river and park. When walking around town, especially at night, just pay attention to your surroundings. There were definitely some questionable people we came across on the streets however there was a good police presence when the sun started going down. Lots of nightlife if you like live music and I can say the food was great at every place we ate. Anything that wasn't in walking distance, we Uber'd which wasn't bad at all price wise. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice Hotel

The Hotel was absolutely awesome. Very nice, clean, and new. Had a great view of the Mississippi river from the room. The bed for me was a little uncomfortable, but otherwise ZERO complaints!
