Good location. Convenient for getting around town and access to the convention center. Memphis' trolley is not running and that is a problem for getting to Beale St and other points on the Main St Mall. That diminishes the score from a 5 to a 4.

The valet and bellmen was exceptional. Very attentive to our needs. The room was ok but could not see out the windows as we requested and paid for 2 corner rooms facing the river. The couple that never been to Memphis was excited but the room was not what they thought it would be. My first time to Memphis I stayed at this property but don't think I will again on my next visit.

This hotel was very nice and the staff was super thoughtful and nice. My friend is on oxygen and they brought him a cart to ride on.

The property itself was very nice, clean, front desk staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service. However, I was sure to be present in my room because when traveling I avoid room service. I also place the privacy/quiet placard on the knob when not in the room. Unfortunately a staff member entered my room unbeknownst to me and a piece of my jewelry that I had in one of my handbags is missing. I did report the incident to security and they are investigating.

Not what I expected from the name Sheraton

Room was dingy. Very out dated. Had a dirty feel/ smell to it. Ac worked. But the coldest setting wasn’t very cold. Will not be returning to this property.

Overall we had a nice stay. Our only complaint was the stained bathtub and broken shampoo holder. For the price, we were expecting perfection. The property needs updating. Other than that, the staff was nice and valet was quick to get our car upon arrival and departure each day. We would stay here again AFTER renovations.
