Come stay at The Lily Pad, your getaway in Patagonia! This single-level 4BR home blends comfort and fun with a private barrel sauna, cozy fire pit under café lights, and a backyard swing set for the kids. No Backyard Neighbors! The spacious layout features a king suite with en-suite bath, a queen bedroom, a queen-over-queen bunk room, and a twin-over-twin bunk room. Guests also enjoy access to community pools, pickleball courts, parks, and playgrounds—perfect for families and friends alike.

We want you to enjoy your stay so we won't bother you on your vacation but we are available if you need us. We will communicate regarding visits for lawn maintenance or if there are any other details you need to be aware of. We encourage you to reach out if there is something that would make your stay more comfortable and we will do our best to accommodate.

The Treasure Valley has quickly become one of Idaho’s favorite places to visit, known for its mix of outdoor adventure, great local restaurants, wineries, and family-friendly activities. Guests love how easy it is to explore the area while still enjoying quiet neighborhoods and beautiful Idaho sunsets at the end of the day.

Throughout the year, the region hosts some incredible concerts and events that bring visitors from all over, including the Snake River Stampede, the vibrant Treefort Music Fest, and the colorful morning skies during the Spirit of Boise Balloon Classic. Summer also brings the excitement of the Caldwell Night Rodeo and the creativity of Art in the Park.

Beyond the events, visitors enjoy exploring the Boise River Greenbelt, hiking in the nearby foothills, golfing at local courses, and tasting wines in Garden City or along the Sunnyslope Wine Trail. The area is also home to wonderful parks, playgrounds, and family attractions that make it easy to fill each day with something fun.

Our home is conveniently located just south of Meridian to enjoy everything the Treasure Valley has to offer while giving you a comfortable place to relax and recharge after a full day of exploring. Patagonia is a newly built community perfectly situated for easy access to the freeway close to restaurants, shopping, entertainment and outdoor fun. With the neighborhood's safe, family-friendly environment, walking paths, pools, parks and beautiful homes, this is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your stay in the Boise area. One of the community pools is located a short walk right through the back gate!

• The Pack-n-Play is stored in primary closet with sheets if you need them.
• Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath towels and hand towels are provided.
• Makeup towels, a makeup mirror, a hair dryer, disposable razors, q-tips, and even individually wrapped toothbrushes provided in case you happened to forget something.

2nd Bedroom
• Beautifully decorated with a super comfortable queen bed, nightstands with lamps.
• A closet is also included in this room for your use.
• Please note: The hallway near this room has a closet that is locked and not accessible, used to re-supply the home between stays.

3rd Bedroom
• Features a queen over queen bunk bed.
• 43" Roku Smart TV with all of the streaming options you can log into for hours of entertainment.
• A closet is also included in this room for your use.
• Bunk Bed Safety Notice: The queen-over-queen bunk bed is a fun and comfortable addition to the home, but please note that the top bunk has a maximum weight capacity of 350 lbs and should be used at guests’ own discretion. It is not recommended for small children who may roll in their sleep. By choosing to use the bunk bed, guests acknowledge that the hosts and property owners are not responsible for any injury that may occur during its use.

4th Bedroom
• Charming treehouse-style bunk with two twin beds—perfect for kids but can fit an adult in a pinch!
• A children's play area with books and toys.
• A closet is also included in this room for your use.

Patio/Backyard
• Barrel Sauna! Enjoy the private barrel sauna. Set your ideal temperature, sprinkle in a scoop of water for gentle steam, and let the stress melt away.
• This home features several bird feeders in the backyard, there is bird seed available in a metal container in the flower bed next to the home, add a couple of scoops to the feeder on the dining room window and invite some fun 'feathered friend' sightings during your stay!
• Comfy chairs on the covered patio with a fire pit, BBQ and cafe lights create a relaxing and enjoyable space.
• Kids will love the backyard swing set with a traditional swing and a disc swing.
• Rear gate opens to a walking path along the canal leading to a community pool and park just a few minutes away.
• Fully fenced backyard.
• For safety, please limit sessions to 15–20 minutes, stay hydrated, and supervise children. Guests use the sauna at their own discretion; hosts and owners are not responsible for misuse or injury.

Garage
• The garage is not available for guest use.

• Parking is convenient with 2 spaces available in the driveway and street parking in front of the home at no additional cost.
• If additional parking is needed, you are welcome to park across the street next to the fence.
• Please do not park in front of neighbor's homes or in front of mailboxes, mail is undeliverable if mailboxes are blocked.
