This is a completely remodeled unit with vinyl plank flooring, new furniture and appliances along with all the fixtures

Parking in back driveway, accessed from Willow Street - street parking also available
Keyless entry - code will be sent 30 minutes before check in

Check out instructions -

Please complete the following
- pull all sheets used and pile on the bed
- start load of towels in washer
- remove all trash and place in trash container near street
- wash and put away dishes etc
- set temperature at 68 in winter and 74 in summer - leave bedroom remote in holder and living room remote on mantle
- sign off personal TV Apps - locate TV remotes and leave in a visible place in rooms
- turn off all lights and lock door
- send a quick text message saying you have checked out

This is a non smoking unit - any smoking of any kind will result in a $500 non-refundable fee

Early check in or late check out will be considered based upon housekeeping needs

Minimum age to rent is 21

Children allowed - ages 0 - 17

No pets allowed - any violation of this rule will result in a $500 non-refundable fee

No events allowed - no more than 4 people allowed in unit during your stay

Any damage to the unit is your responsibility to notify me and pay for repairs. Failure to notify me, could result in up to $1000 non-refundable fee plus the cost of repairs

Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM - this is a quiet neighborhood, please be a good neighbor

Please remove your shoes once inside - no cleats of any kind inside
