staff was friendly but hotel was very cheap and old feeling. cheap beds, terrible pillows, old shower, low, old style toilets. All that's fine if the price is right, but for what they charge, you'd expect a much nicer, newer hotel.

Rooms were clean, but the bed was awful! Never had such a bad back pain after sleeping. I’ve stayed many times before, but never had a bed like that before. King bed 4th floor.

Only stayed for a night, but the hotel and staff were great. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Hotel is separate from the casino and restaurants so it was quiet. There is a Tesla Supercharger in the Casino Valet parking area and a couple Tesla Destination chargers (free) near the front lobby of hotel. Very convenient for EVs. Located 10 mins from Mesquite Regional Sports and Event Complex.

The staff was super nice and the main areas were beautiful. It looked like there were loads of common areas for folks to hang out in. The rooms were pretty standard fare but everything appeared clean and well maintained. You do have to walk over to the casino for food and most of the restaurants seem to have quite a bit of smoke due to being attached to the casino. This was the main drawback- hard to fully enjoy a meal with lots of smoke in the air. Overall, a pleasant experience and we will go back again although we will probably be getting our food from elsewhere.

We enjoyed our stay, it was nice to walk into the hotel and not smell cigarette smoke, and the casino was the same you could smell it a little in the casino but not as bad as other casinos. The staff was very polite and professional. The only thing I would suggest would be for housekeeping to pay a little more attention to detail, and dust and vacuum a little better.
