Nice, clean resort. Nothing fancy, but perfect for my needs. I actually like the fact that the resort is across the parking lot from the actual casino, makes for a nice, quiet atmosphere. A couple of dining options, one a bit more pricey and "fancy", the other one a nice casual eatery that probably fits most of the resorts clientele. Overall, a great "pit stop" on the way to some of the National Parks in Utah.

I expected more...

This hotel had good reviews, and although it was more expensive, I booked to have a nice relaxing night while traveling with my hubby. This hotel did not meet the expectations set in the prior reviews. The hotel is not attached to the casino, so meals are inconvenient. The lobby served only coffee in the morning. The casino is across the parking lot, and advertises a buffet, however it was closed and apparently only open on "special occasions". The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, but the shower was dingy and needed updating. Ample parking (we were towing a 20 ft trailer), however the hotel was at 40% capacity according to the front desk staff. The pool looked ok, but not as good as the pictures for sure. The parking lot was under construction, and the front entry was not welcoming for our stay. Honestly, I expected much more for the price.

Staff let us check in early with no issues. There was a hideous mildew smell in the hallways. Our room smelled okay, but it didn’t have enough light, it was very dark and the walls were a dark brown so that didn’t help. Bed sheets were clean but stained. Overall the hotel was over priced for being in the shape it was. Lobby had free coffee in the morning but nothing to eat.

The property/room/facility is average. Front desk representative who checked me in did an Excellent job. The Wi-Fi did not work, very poor reception. The bathroom amenities is below par. Overall, the room rate I paid is not worth it at all. The Resort Fee charged is definitely a Rip-Off !!! I WILL NOT STAY IN THIS PROPERTY AGAIN !!!

We really like staying at the Eureka, as it is kept up and clean. The only downside, there is not a shampoo/ soap niche in any of the showers, so the soap and shampoo has to sit on the floor. For guests with skeletal muscular issues, or disabilities, this is hard to bend over to grab the soap off the floor.
