Come stay at this beautiful Springs condo & enjoy the views of the mountains and the valley. This condo has 2 bedrooms 2 baths on the ground floor with its own kitchen, (1,013sq ft) and sleeps 6 adults. It features beautiful furnishings and luxury amenities - Large kitchen w/ all utensils, linens, washer & dryer, flat screen TVs, cable, wireless internet, and a two car garage.

This is a wheelchair accessible property which does not infer it is ADA compliant. Please contact us so we may assist you in determining if this property is adequate for your specific needs.

Your stay includes a daily value of $510 in complimentary activities. Starting September 15th, 2024, every reservation of 27 days or less will automatically include free tickets to top attractions such as golfing, Zion tours, and more, offering you exceptional experiences each day of your stay.

The property management company was excellent. They were responsive to our questions and accommodating when needed. The overall cleanliness of the unit was not great, but given the price, availability, and location, our needs were met to enjoy our stay for a football tournament in town.

Great place to stay

We stayed here for a flag football tournament at the sports complex. There were ample amounts of towels, clear directions on check in and care for the house, good amount of dishware, and space to hang out. Neighbors asked us politely to be quiet instead of reporting us. The stay was great.

Hair in both showers from prior guest batteries in two of TV remotes dead Cable connection behind bed pinched causing fuzzy picture Purchased batteries and a new universal remote used the cleaner of the two showers and it worked ok. Extra blanket in closet also soiled.

Location & layout

We loved the layout and amenities in this condo. We cooked meals every day, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Most of all it's a block away from the walking path to the river which we took every day. We parked the car in the garage and walked to the grocery store via the river pathway

The property was great. The property management company was difficult. We were told we could check in at 3. We arrived at 3 but the key was not in the place we had been told it would be. At 3:15 the property manager arrived and rudely said it was supposed to be between 3 and 5 for check in. Upon departure we requested a late checkout. The property manager said no. Then we asked to use the key fob for access to the clubhouse and swimming pool for a couple hours. They said no. The unit was great but the property management company did nothing to make our stay more pleasant. Thank you

The property was clean. The manager was kind and helpful with any questions we had and wanted to help us have a good experience. The location was close to everything, and much better than staying in a hotel. We'd definitely stay here again.

Very Clean, Great Location

The location was great and the house was very clean. Easy to get in and out and having a garage was very nice. My two critiques are that I would like to see extra towels for guests staying longer than one night. The beds were soft, but almost too soft as all movements from my spouse would wake me up, so nothing special on the bedding. All together a great place especially for golf trip and would stay here again.
