Very nice hotel. Great location. Friendly staff. A couple of things about the room. For a 5-star hotel, could not reach reception desk. Called multiple times. Decorative panel directly outside the front door was loose and felt like it might fall off of the wall. The sofa seat cushion across the larger end was turned backwards. Just the little details that should not be missed in a 5-star hotel. The only other thing to mention is that in the evening, the hotel seems to turn into a very lounge space almost clubby.wood panel outside the front door, very loose and and

This hotel was great and the staff were great but when we arrived, we upgraded to ocean view but our room was partially ocean view and it wasn’t worth to pay a lot for partial view. The roof top was great but for 2 drinks they changed arm and legs so if be careful when renting this hotel because they tend to rip you off! I will go Fountain blue hotel next time since I stayed there before and it has a very pleasant and prestigious atmosphere .

Our stay was unfortunately impacted by several service issues. Upon arriving early, we asked the front desk to hold our bags and were asked to add the names of the other two guests, which we did. We spent time at the beach then we returned at check-in time, and a different receptionist again asked about adding names but confirmed that all three guests were listed. Despite this, the following day one of us was denied a replacement room key because staff claimed the name was not on the reservation. We also experienced issues with the hotel’s house car service, which is advertised as first come, first served. Although we were the only guests waiting for about 10 minutes, another guest who arrived after us was allowed to take the car. Staff stated they could not ask the other guest to exit, causing us to miss the service and pay for an Uber while running late for reservations. Housekeeping was another concern. We returned from the pool to change and get ready for dinner. We asked to enter the room and the lady closed the door on us. We tried entering again and she continued cleaning as we were getting ready. The next morning, despite having the “Do Not Disturb” sign displayed, housekeeping repeatedly knocked loudly insisting on cleaning. We reported these concerns to a supervisor, as the manager was unavailable, and were only offered a breakfast credit. This stay was meant to celebrate my birthday and graduation, but the experience was stressful and disappointing.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at One Hotel South Beach. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented every time. The staff was truly awesome: warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The property itself was spotless and incredibly well maintained; cleanliness was clearly a top priority throughout our stay. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. Special mention to Marco from valet—he went above and beyond, was so kind, professional, and made coming and going effortless. He truly made a difference in our stay. We can’t wait to come back!
