The Space:
Living room:
Step into a stylish, open-concept living area with floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light. The contemporary decor, comfortable seating, and a flat-screen TV create a cozy yet sophisticated ambiance. Adjacent to the living room, you'll find a chic dining area, complete with a stylish table and seating for 4 for an intimate meal or a quick bite.

Kitchen:
Experience the ease of meal preparation with the aid of contemporary kitchen appliances and utensils at your fingertips. This amenity fosters a homelike ambiance, perfect for travelers desiring a blend of comfort and the freedom to enjoy meals at their own leisurely pace. Whether your journey is for leisure or business, our fully equipped kitchen enhances your stay, providing an additional level of convenience to your overall experience.

Master Bedroom:
The bedroom is designed for rest and relaxation, with plush bedding, spacious closets, and stunning views. Wake up refreshed and enjoy the serene ambiance of your private retreat.

Bathroom:
Bathroom feature modern fixtures, walk-in shower, and is stocked with premium toiletries and fresh towels to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Balcony:
Step out onto the private balcony and take in the panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the vibrant Hollywood Beach area. This is the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine as you soak in the beauty of the surroundings.

Full access to Resort's World Class Highly Rated Amenities:

POOL - Located on the 9th floor, two infinity-edge ocean view pools, sundeck and private cabanas (included in resort fee that you pay directly to the front desk at the time of check in). + Jacuzzi.

FITNESS CENTER - Fully-equipped Fitness Center with direct ocean view (included in resort fee).

CONCIERGE - 24-hour personal concierge and room service.

RESTAURANT - Three restaurants, including the celebrated Terrazas, showcase South Florida’s freshest seafood and citrus in seasonal menus that shine with originality (paid separately).

BAR - Full service bar with drinks specials (paid separately).

SPA - Full-service Spa with steam and sauna rooms (paid separately).

BEACH ACCESS - The beach service will provide 2 beach chairs and one umbrella (included in resort fee) conveniently located 5 minutes away from the resort (included in resort fee and located NOT IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING).

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

Age limit to check-in is 18+ years old.

During CHECK-IN you will be asked to pay the resort fees to the resort directly.

RESORT FEE (charged per unit per night):
$40 + tax per night

Resort will place hold on $250 as security deposit.

Keep in mind only two beach chairs and 1 umbrella is included in resort fee.

Please Note: Beach chairs are available on a first come first service basis and cannot be reserved. Please consider arriving early during high season as amenities are limited.

Pack 'n Play / Travel Crib:
A Pack 'n Play (travel crib) is available upon request for an additional fee of $100. Please let us know at least one week before your arrival if you’d like it prepared for your stay.

Valet parking fee:
$35 + tax per night

For stays longer than 30 days, please contact the resort for the most up to date rate, fees and information regarding amenities.

Housekeeping during stay (optional):
$130
This option is provided by a third party cleaning company. Please reach out to one of our associates with a date and time you'd like to schedule the cleaning, and we'll coordinate with the cleaners to help with your request.

Package Fee:
Need to receive a package during your stay? No problem! Our Package Service makes it easy and convenient - just bring a valid ID to claim your delivery.

Package Pickup Hours & Fees:
* 8 AM – 4 PM (Mon–Sun): $5.50 (includes 7% tax & 3% service fee)
* After Hours: $27.50 (includes 7% tax & 3% service fee)

Please note: Owners do not pay unless the package is under someone else’s name.

***Late check-out fee is $120 for 2 extra hours based on availability and must be confirmed with STAY TODAY representative at least before 1 day check-out.

Beach Towels provided by the Resort Beach Service are only allowed to be used on the beach.

Wrist Bands provided by the resort need to be worn by all guests while using the resort amenities.

Kindly note: the unit offers sufficient amenities for a short-term stay, and we encourage you to discover nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas to replenish any additional items according to your preferences, taste and needs.

- BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.

- Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500.
