Loved my stay here! The beds were so comfy and those blackout curtains were a lifesaver, slept like a baby. The location is perfect, right by Lincoln Road so everything was super walkable. The rooftop pool was such a vibe, and the hotel decor had tons of cute photo ops. Overall such a great spot, I’d definitely come back!

Loved our room and everything to go with it. A little smaller that we thought but we looked back on it and realized we did got the room we submitted for. Lot of noise outside, but it is in downtown Miami Beach area. Additionally, there was construction around the area and not many close places for parking unless you wanted to pay more than 40.00 for overnight parking close by. Staff was amazing! They did amazing job explaining everything and helping when needed.

I’m not sure how this hotel holds a 9/10 rating. The pool closes at 7 pm, which feels too early for Miami, especially when evenings are cooler and more pleasant. There is no gym at all, which is surprising for a hotel in this price range. I didn’t know that housekeeping had to be requested a day in advance, and if you ask on the same day, they simply don’t come. I asked twice for the room to be cleaned, but no one showed up, and we ended up having to clean the floor ourselves with a towel. The room is very small, and there’s no outlet on both sides of the bed for charging phones or devices. For a beach hotel, there are also very few hangers or places to dry clothes, swimsuits, or towels. While the location is good, the amenities and policies did not match my expectations.

They have construction going on right now, so the roads are closed near the hotel. However everything about the hotel and this trip was upscale and enjoyable. Will definitely be a repeat visitor of this hotel when in Miami.

They put me in a room when they knew the air conditioning did not work and it took four calls to get it resolved. Room was trendy and cool but lacked some typical items. No onsite parking, difficult to find parking and extremely expensive.

Overall property was ok but the rooms are too small, poorly layed out and no coffee makers in the rooms. The iPads made the rooms overly complicated.
