This is not a single house. It has 2 maybe 3 units attached. Very clean and stocked well. The master bedroom has a king size bed and attached private bathroom which was nice. Communicating with the host went well before the trip but during and after the host never contacted me back. Had issues checking in due to the host giving me both door codes for the multiple units. Very close to everything and quiet neighborhood.

The house was as described and well stocked with items. I do wish there were other towels than the ones labeled for face use to dry our hands on in the bathroom but we made it all work. Location was great, house was clean and well kept. Sadly we tried talking to the host about some things and got zero reply to our messages but other than that it was all good!

Pre-cruise stay

Great property and just as described. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed all of them. Construction around the area made driving Alittle more challenging but that won’t last forever. Recommend this cute little place.

Place was perfect for a 2 night stay before our cruise. Only 2 issues: No hairdryers and no dish towel in the kitchen. All else was great. If you are a light sleeper you may have some issues with the air traffic but it honestly didnt bother us. Thank You for the hospitality.

Short term stay

Property was very clean and easily accessible. However, the beds were awful. We all had a hard time getting a good night of rest due to the mattresses. All temperature in the house was very easy to control, showers worked great, etc. but hard to appreciate when every fiber of your being is sore and exhausted. Very clean. Easy check out process. But those horrible mattresses
. Ugh!

Nice place & set up but neighborhood is LOUD

Maria is quick to communicate. We had a random “not her fault” plumbing issue that she sent maintenance out to fix promptly. Truly appreciated the welcome snacks and wine! Also loved the beach chairs and towels— but beach chairs may need to be replaced soon. The owner can’t help this— but the neighborhood is LOUD. I sleep with white noise so I was fine
 but if you’re sensitive you may want earplugs. But then again, it’s Miami— it is what it is!

Great Property Minimal Issues

Great location 5 minutes away from Miami Airport. Quiet neighborhood. Clean house, provided specific instructions. Central air which was nice. Few items of concern and would like to provide feedback for awareness. Grill had rust on it and so did one of the pots provided. Unclean utensils 🍮 and toaster. Information provided on the binder was that they provided clothes detergent and that was inaccurate.

Cleanest house ever!

This house is in an excellent location, close to great restaurants, shopping, and the cruise terminal. Beds were comfortable and the house was extra clean. We will definitely stay again when we are in the Miami area.

Sweet Little Havana

This is the sweetest little place, newly remodeled, nicely decorated, spotlessly clean. The insulation must be fantastic, because we only could hear the planes from the bathrooms. A few hiccups checking in because of language barrier and phone issues, but after that got resolved, we could not ask for a better little home base. 6 middle aged adults who liked each other got along just fine in the space.
