Clean room, the front desk staff was amazing, the bar/restaurant staff was amazing. The food was delicious. The lady who has head of security and lurks downstairs in the lobby is horrible, but other than that, the place is amazing as well as the staff.

I loved my stay sooooo much omg! I went on a solo trip and this hotel is just so nice and clean and near EVERYTHING! I walked to Barsecco and walked back at 11pm! Four seasons is right next door and it’s Miami so you’ll see others. But I felt very safe in not big on reviews but I had to for this hotel it was 10/10. Thank you

Everything Was absolutely amazing !! The place was really five star ! The PH , the pool , the staff , everything was so perfect . This is a must stay in when in Miami ! They just go above and beyond for their guests every time !
