La tarjeta de acceso a la habitacion no funcionó, tuvimos que esperar más de 3 horas para poder entrar. Lo anterior me generó incumplimiento en otros servicios que contrate perdiendo mi dinero por las reservas no cumplidas. Tuve que pagar por nuevas reservas, como alquiler de carro, el doble de su precio habitual. Perdí un día tratando de ajustarme a lo que encontrara disponible. La tarjeta de acceso dejo de funcionar varias veces, no fue solo esa vez.

Room was clean and staff was excellent. They met all my requests, even providing a microwave for my room. I was staying there as part of my surgical recovery and beds were comfortable and the room was clean and had all the amenities that I expected. I would definitely stay there again.

Room was unclean - dirty floor and carpet Air conditioning was very noisy and not working well. Bed was very soft. We had back pain. Breakfast was very crowded and most items were over by 8 am. We had no milk, fruits and coffee.
