THis is my second time on this location, and again several ice machines are broken. There is sign on the out of order machines saying floor 4 and 6 are operatives. This time I missed the trip to 4th floor. It was not working. Then I went to 6th. It's the only one of 6 machines that it;s working

They don’t offer airport shuttle service

Overpriced! Hotels need to get the hotel information correct. I booked so that we could shuttle to the airport. $375 later I had to spend $75 for an Uber as they don’t offer shuttle service. Not worth what I paid.
