first of all, they took us to a dirty room, then had to walk us back downstairs, so the front desk could locate a clean room for us. Then, after that, we found out that they were not able to cut keys. They had a problem with their system that programs keys, so for two days we had to go to the front desk anytime we wanted to enter our room to get an escort to the room. This has never happened to us anywhere before. very inconvenient

The room was very clean and the customer service was great. The free breakfast was good as well. Lighting in the room could be improved, and the shower did not remain hot, but overall it was a decent stay.
