The staff was genuinely helpful, and I really appreciated the cleanliness of the bay view room I stayed in. I absolutely loved the view and enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning. The room service and restaurant staff are very attentive and respectful, making sure guests feel cared for. Even during a busy company event, they managed to accommodate us wonderfully. I do think the menu could be improved a bit, but overall, it was a lovely experience.

It was good, but was a little disappointed. When this property was a Conrad, this hotel was great! For the price, this hotel didn’t really stand out.

This was my third time staying at the hotel. I personally love the place; the location is amazing, close to all the places where I conduct business, and the service is great as well. My only issue on this trip was the smell of weed all over my floor and room vicinity. Even some of the elevators smell like weed. I called the friont desk several times. Once to complain about the smell in my room and two times as people were smoking weed in the hallway.

Really loved my stay at AKA! I ended up extending my trip 3 times. The room was perfect and the staff was all so friendly and attentive. From the front desk, the restaurant, valet to the bar tender at the pool! Every single person that works here was so kind and took great care of me during my stay. If you want a really nice hotel with a beautiful common area and pool that’s walkable and has a great restaurant… this is it! Will definitely stay here next time I am back in Miami.

We arrived to the hotel a bit earlier, when we spoke to concierge who was very rude and completely not helpful, we told him that we understand that we were early and we asked him if it is any area we can hang out until the room would be ready. He said that the room is ready and all they have to do is to have their inspection team to go and inspect the room. And he said that we could go to the pool or hang out outside somewhere. 2 hours later when i went back to see if they did inspection they told me same thing that it is ready but still needs inspection. When we finally did get the keys and we were able to go see our room i was very surprised to see that our room had a huge water stain in the Living room. Expedia advertising this hotel as a 5 star hotel but in my opinion it is solid 3 star hotel. I would not go back to this hotel for sure.
