Parking is managed directly by the building, and pricing is set and controlled by them — not by us. As a courtesy, we can point you to a nearby, more affordable parking option outside the building if you`d prefer to save some money.

Located in W Residences, right in the center of Miami`s business district overlooking Biscayne Bay. You`re minutes from Wynwood, Midtown, South Beach, and the Design District — surrounded by top-rated restaurants, nightlife, cozy coffee shops, organic grocers, and weekend street markets.

Good to Know:

The building`s pool is closed Monday–Friday for maintenance and open Saturday–Sunday
Some balconies are currently under renovation by building management; availability may vary during your stay
These are building-managed projects outside our control, so no refunds or discounts apply for pool or balcony access during renovations
Building Amenities:

Enjoy full access to all utilities in the apartment, plus 5-Star W Residences amenities in the building — including the largest residential pool in Florida, free to use. You`ll also have access to a free Business Center, Spa, Jacuzzis, and Gym, with yoga classes offered on-site.

Important Notes:

Pool: Closed Monday–Friday for renovation, open Saturday and Sunday.

Balconies: Starting November 10th, all balconies will be closed and inaccessible due to the building`s Concrete Restoration Project. Guests may notice some construction noise during their stay, and the building is applying protective film to windows to prevent damage — this may slightly affect the view.

All other amenities remain available, though access is subject to change based on ongoing building work.
These renovation and construction projects are managed by the building and are outside our control, so no refunds or discounts can be provided due to their impact on the pool, balconies, or views.
The front desk will welcome you in the lobby and assist you with the check-in process. As a friendly reminder, building management mandates that all guests present a valid photo ID for proper registration in the system prior to check-in.

1) Keeping things clean for everyone
We`d really appreciate your help maintaining a clean, pleasant environment for all our guests. As a friendly reminder, please use the trash chute on your floor for everyday household trash, and make sure bags are sealed tightly so nothing leaks onto the hallway carpet.

2) Pool & Gym access
Amenities are free to use! Just stop by the Ground Floor first to make a quick reservation and pick up your guest passes before heading up to the pool or gym.

3) Dress code in common areas
When passing through the building`s common areas, we ask that all guests wear a shirt, pants, and shoes — just to keep things comfortable for everyone sharing the space.

4) Balconies
For everyone`s safety, please don`t throw or drop anything from the balconies. Gas or charcoal grills, and any devices with an open flame, aren`t permitted on the balcony or inside the unit at any time.
