I originally chose this option due to the spacious rooms and proximity to the beach. I originally was also not traveling with a vehicle so parking was not a concern at the time of booking but plans changed and ended up with a vehicle. Room was very hard to find but after a bit of searching was able to locate. Instructions could be clearer and maybe could add which restaurant or other landmark is near building entrance. Our building entrance was right next to Craft, would have found right away if that was named in the directions. Supply closet had nothing in it, looked like it was ravaged by pirates but we did have adequate supplies in the room so not a big deal. What makes this great is the location, super great area and would stay again due to the location for sure. Parked at the municipal garage on 13th and that was totally fine. Bed was super comfortable and room was very spacious and clean. Even provided a noise machine for better sleep which was very thoughtful and nice. Overall a great stay!

Paying 30 for valet only to watch them park right in front of you is crazy. There were no mat (bedside or bathroom) no chair or sofa. The price however was great for the location.

I’d Stay Again

Kasa De Paseo is a very affordable boutique style hotel. It does not have lavish amenities but the room was very clean, spacious and just what I needed for my stay. The staff was very accommodating and responded quickly. The location was perfect! Close to amazing restaurants & bars. And walking distance to Ocean Dr.

There is no service at all. We are in the hotel for 2 nights. Nobody clean the room. As matter of the fact they ask guests to pick up the trash and tidy up after themselves although they said it is not required. No front desk as stated in advance but there is a gentleman in building one he is very nice and helped us to get into the building and room which can be confusing to start. He also helped us with luggage! Thanks a lot!! As it’s a big deal because there’s no elevator. Location is great! Walkable to everywhere we want to go. Lots of restaurants around. Room is clean and comfortable. We were there on March 5 and 6th.

Would have been hard to find but the property provided tons of instructions beforehand so it wasn’t too bad. Located on an extremely popular pedestrians only street so very walkable to the beach and to shopping/restaurants. The room was very large and in good condition. We did stay in a room directly facing the pedestrian street, and it was definitely loud. They play music on the street and you can hear the bass thumping. It wasn’t shut off until around 3AM. However the property is transparent about that in their add. Other rooms are probably quieter. Only complaint is that the building entry keypad took many tries before it would open. Other reviews have reflected this, hopefully they repair it soon. Good price point given the area.

Nice place

My husband & I had a good time, the place was nice & clean, in a great location. The only complaint I have is that the water for the shower wasn’t very warm, the water pressure wasn’t great, and the half shower door doesn’t help to keep the heat in, so you get cold, otherwise a great place to stay.
