No elevators, no temperature control, very cold rooms, not the most comfortable bed and no extra comforters. This is a virtual hotel and no one to talk to explain anything. Terrible! Never again!

Zero staff. Only valet parking for $45 each day!? Took them a day and a half to come clean our toilet that was dirty when we showed up. Uncomfortable beds in my opinion. Wouldn't stay here again or recommend.

It was fine staying here. I wouldn't stay again or recommend it for anyone carrying luggage or people that have mobility problems as there are only stairs to get to all the rooms.

Never again!

The hotel and room was appropriately priced. I felt the room was nice size and clean and a value for the price. It is noisy since I was only on the 2nd floor just above bars and restaurants that were open past midnight on a weekday. My biggest complaint is the valet service they use. Aps Parking Service valet stated that they secure my car in a lot overnight. The first night they did. But the second day they did not and I prepaid the two day valet rate upfront. I’m able to gps my car from anywhere and it showed it was in the lot the first night. The second night I saw it parked on the street corner next to the Chinese restaurant I had dinner about 7pm. Then at 12:15 am I checked my car gps and it was still there! I was told they close at midnight so my car should not be parked on the street. I checked again at 4am and it showed my car on the street near my hotel. 3 hours before I asked to have it available to pickup. Because of this I will never stay at that hotel again because I don’t trust their services.

Excellet stay!

Clean and comfortable stay! Right in the heart of Española Way where our favorite cigar bar is located and a easy walk to the beach. Not far from stores and Walgreens as well which adds more convenience.
