The unit A/C was a bit on the noisy side. Other than that the unit was very nice, host was very easy to work with and the location was great for us.

The unit looks EXACTLY like it does in the picture. I lived in the studio for a month and it was very safe. Most of the other units are booked so it has a community feeling; during my stay it quite and everyone was friendly. If you like coffee there are two coffee shops on the next block, really can't ask for anything better. My friends and I are already planning to book our next stay at this location.

Amazing comfortable and very safe stay

This rental house has its own little neighborhood with a gate which is very safe. You have one parking spot that is free which was very convenient. The area that the house is located in Miami is not very crowded and is only 2-3 miles away from the center of Miami. Inside the house is very homy and very modern. The kitchen is really good for cooking big meals or just to reheat left overs. The bathroom is very clean and has the perfect amount of space. However, there was not a lot of towels for us since we stayed for a week. Overall it was an amazing experience and if I ever come back to Miami, I would book again.
