PLEASE READ NOTES BELOW. Welcome to your fully renovated two-level Midtown penthouse oasis with 1,600 sq ft of space, a 600 sq ft private rooftop with bay and city views, and a 120 sq ft balcony. Designed with natural, desert-inspired touches, the space blends modern comfort with organic charm.

Relax on your balcony or take the spiral staircase to your rooftop lounge surrounded by cacti in earthy pottery. At the end of the street you can sit by the bay, and at night enjoy sunsets from your private rooftop. Private parking included.

Notes: Construction is taking place just outside the building during daytime hours. The kitchen does not include an oven, but an air fryer and plug-in stovetop are provided. All appliances are built into the cabinetry for a clean design.
