When I checked in, something told me to stay somewhere else… the lady at the front desk was on the phone with someone who was not happy with their stay. I Get to my room and the tv doesn't work. The shelf in the room was broken and was on the verge of coming off the wall. The bathroom toilet was so far away from the wall that it would be hard to take a bath with it in the way. I went to the front desk and complained only to be told there was nothing that could be done except give me a new remote. I expressed that the tv itself wouldn't turn on with just clicking the power button directly. No resolution was given. The next morning, there was a huge bug crawling across the night stand a few inches from my head. That drew the line for me. I ended up staying with a friend of mine after the first night. Ultimately I ended up checking out the day before my flight back home. I was supposed to stay 4 nights but really ended up sleeping there 1 night. I then called hotel.com to get my refund for my last night since I was told this by the property themselves. Hotel.com told me to call the property back to get my refund. I call the property back to get told the same thing. So far I have been given the run around between the hotel and hotel.com. Steer clear of this place and just get an airbnb.

Stayed here for one night for a concert. Very nice staff I had an issue with my booking since it was through a third party (Expedia, don’t recommend using) and they were very helpful in helping me. Nice little spot and the room was clean and updated.

Room was clean, but it was a very loud area both inside and outside the Inn. The check-in process was horrible. We waited for almost 2 hours to check-in. Hotels.com and the Signature Inn are not on the same page, it seems that the Signature Inn does not recognize Hotels.com bookings or Hotels.com needs to send them more information. This is awful for customers.
