Just beyond, a dining table that seats eight makes hosting dinner parties or family gatherings a breeze. The living room is cozy and stylish, featuring a comfortable couch and a reclining love seat, perfect for unwinding in front of the TV after a long day in the sun. Slide open the balcony doors and breathe in the salty air — your private balcony overlooks the pool area and the beach beyond, with a charming table for two where you can sip your morning coffee or toast the evening sky. This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 1 private bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a cable TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Garage parking available for 1 vehicle.

• Portable crib provided.

• Minimum stay of 30 days and a background check required.

• Guests will be responsible for a $100 application fee per guest, as well as a $30 fee per FOB per guest that is paid directly to the Roney Palace condo association. The application fee is due with the application before check-in, and the FOB fee is due upon arrival. PS FOB for each adult and child 15 +
