It was a flop house with one shared bath one towel per person and the bed was half made and broken.

Bed was not fully made, roaches, one towel, no washcloth, no bath soap, bed fell apart, 2 br house converted to 5 br/w 1 shared bathroom, no parking, loud ac, basically a flop house. Worst accomodations ever.

Well…everything from the check-in was awfull! You should never promote that place! The coding system is ridiculously unnecessary! The check-in hour is so late! 15.00PM I was there 15mnt early and I had to wait for all the codes! So called room is a joke! They charged me extra $30 for parking my car inside the fence, which I didn’t ask for that, there were perfectly empty places for parking in front of the house and for free! The bad was very squeaking and jumpy and sooo small! But the most important part is that this so called hotel/motel is in a neighbourhood which in every five minutes a plane flies right up of the roof! So noisy, the walls and the isolation must be so thin I could here the highway traffic. Almost every house in the street there were dogs, they were barking all night, and there were roosters also crowing all night long! Between these noises I fell a sleep bu In the middle of the night airconditioning system turned on at 02.00 AM, also ridiculously organized automatic, because of the position of the bed, I woke with a heavy wind on my head, etc…etc… I hated there! So I didn’t spend my second night and checked out! Was an awfull experience and loss of money!!!

The ac needs to be lowered. It gets very hot in the room at night which isn’t normal. I woke up sweating. 72 degrees is not low enough at night especially during the today hrs.

You want a review? Buckle in... I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Let's start at the beginning. I booked this single room a week ago. 3 days before I was to show up they cancelled my reservation by text. Told me it was an electrical issue. Turns out they cancelled my booking and re added it to hotels.com for a higher price. They would not respond to me by messaging or the phone. I contacted hotels.com directly and they ended up just giving me the room for free because of that. The room.... looks absolutely nothing like the picture. The room is smaller than a jail cell. Smells. It was hotter in the house than it was outside. I was sweating during the night. There's a full size kitchen that is built on an angle. This is not a hotel. This is a very poorly built house. Also the neighbors blast Spanish music all night and morning. I thought it was from the other rooms but it was from outside. I took a shower at night because people said there was no hot water in the morning. Had to run the hot water for 5 minutes before it actually got to temp. I booked this to be in Miami a day early for a cruise. Next time I'll find an actual hotel.

No hot water in the shower. Too pricey for the Room.
Basic Single Bed - When you enter the room, there's the bed infront of you and a small space of walkway. No amenities or tv or anything like that. Just a door and a bed. Shower and bathroom are outside and no hot water in the shower.

Staff would book a bunch of people for the same room and in the middle of the night the people would unlock your room, reaching out to the host you’ll never get an answer back. I ended up leaving the same night since bunch of people kept coming to my room.

The beds are clean and not that bad comfort wise. They do keep up with maintaining it clean. I liked that the doors had codes although i don’t know how often they change that. But that’s about it if I’m being honest. It has glass door where any and everyone can see inside the property the communication is off because the cleaning lady didn’t know how long I was staying there or when I checked in and opened my door twice during me sleeping. They say full kitchen and there is a kitchen area but nothing works for real. So that to me was miss leading the microwave doesn’t work, the stove doesn’t work, water / ice dispenser doesn’t work it’s pretty much just a fridge and an air fryer. The bathroom was always questionable for me mostly the shower the tiles love orange and yellow and the shower head is dirty and needs to be replaced asap. The area is surprisingly quiet but a lot of drug addicts around the corner.
