Shuttle bus at airport drove right by me and others trying to flag it down There was only one agent at check in peak time long slow line No food service available other than an expensive buffet that no one was choosing. This is an embarrassment to the sonesta franchise and Expedia.

Expedia booking offered a free glass of wine or beer upon arrival. The room was very clean and had all of the necessities. The writing pad with encouragement to journal was a nice touch. Shuttle service was behind upon pickup at the airport. It took 35-40 minutes. The staff was just ok. Not very warm and welcoming or even upon exit.
