Great location and easy check in.

It was a quick weekend trip. I appreciated how easy the check in process was and the unit was very clean. You could tell there were recent remodeling inside and the property is also going some external renovation. I also appreciated how well the property kept the common areas clean and organized.

Sunny Isles beach stay with family

Overall, we liked the location on Sunny Isles beach, with the beach being across the street, about a 10 minute walk from the property. When we first entered the unit, the A/C unit was leaking all over the floor, and the property manager had it fixed the next day. The kitchen in the unit was nice (although could be stocked with more kitchen essentials like potholders, etc.), but the sitting area was sparse. It really needed a few more chairs or another couch to accommodate a group. The barstools were broken and there were a few other items in the place that needed attention (bedroom furniture was very beat-up looking). Overall, a nice place that felt that it was in transition with being upgraded.

First experience staying at a VRBO was GREAT

This was my first experience staying at a VRBO. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was very close to restaurants, the beach and shopping. The owner of the property, Sergio was extremely easy to work with and answered my questions quickly. I would definitely stay at this lovely property again.

Across Ocean Blvd from the beach.

We found this location conveniently located to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Right across the street from the ocean at half the price of ocean front rentals. Great value!

Disappointed

While the resort pool was excellent and access to the beach good, overall was disappointed with our stay. The living room seating was not the same as was shown in the pictures. There was only a couch in the living room that seated 3 people and no other chair. When you sat on the couch it felt like you were sitting on springs. The only way we could make it even moderately comfortable was to bring pillows from the bedroom to sit on. The kitchen was sparsely stocked and had inferior kitchenware. You couldn't use the frying pan unless you wanted to eat the teflon that was peeling of the pan.

Great Condo/owner, not great property

The condo looks exactly like the pictures. Balcony overlooks the pool, which was nice! He provided enough towels, beach chairs, etc. There is a small store on the ground floor that has small items you mah have forgotten, food, coffee. Super easy to get to the pool. 5 minute walk across the street to the beach. No real walkable restaurants. My only complaint about the actual condo would be the air conditioner in the bedroom is VERY loud when it’s on, which disrupted my sleep a few nights. As far as the building, it’s a little dated, and isn’t very sound proof. We went around spring break, so lots of noise could be heard between 1-4 am. Also woke up to old spaghetti thrown on our balcony one night (gross). Overall, I’d say this is perfect for couples, younger adults, people without young children. We had a wonderful time though.

Modern unit, great location

Our family of four rented the unit for a 5-day getaway. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and near plenty of restaurants and other sites. The unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a stocked kitchen, beach towels and beach chairs. The building itself shows a little of its age but the unit is very modern and the beds were extremely comfortable. Sergio was very responsive and provided all the information we needed for check-in, check out, and during our stay. Everything was pretty seamless and easy. He even sent someone over immediately with washcloths when we realized there weren't any - great host! We had a wonderful stay and hope to return again soon.
