Excellent hotel with many amenities and great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful and our room was spotless and comfortable. Loved the rooftop pool, free bike rental and proximity to beach (beach chairs provided by hotel as well).

The beach is walk across the street, very convenient. There isn’t a view of the beach from the room, however our room overlooks the pool. The hotel is on Ocean Drive which is the most popular street in South Beach. If you’re not a fan of crowds and non stop activities this might not be the spot for you. It’s a very beautiful location. The room was large enough for my husband and I. It was clean and tidy. We would stay again.

Everyone was nice but the room definitely felt “used”. It was clean but paint pealing and the door was damaged, and there was a $300 deposit required for one night stay that I was unaware of until check in. Especially given the state of the room, $300 out of no where was a bit much. Now waiting for it to be released. The restaurants attached were okay. I wish breakfast had been available before 7am.

Reserved two rooms— One room was very tiny and staff didnt bring towels unless they were called and asked to do so. Other room was in the main building and had normal service but we had no hot water in our room the whole time and when telling staff they said that theyd send someone, but the person only came when we checked out. The restaurant was nice and wait staff were friendly. Amenities staff was also very friendly. The hotel has bikes you can borrow so you can bike around south beach.

Assault took place at this hotel. I haven’t it on video and not one person has check on the guest or the family for that for matter to ensure the safety of what took place.
