Check in process was horrendous, charged card for security multiple times, kept saying the deposit was not their after repeatedly showing them my credit card charges… fridge leaked all over the room, luggage took forever to come. Staff was nice and room was okay but everything else was a disaster. Management refused to acknowledge beyond issuing a $100 credit to their own restaurant. Not the best experience, very disappointing.

I had a mixed experience during my stay at Trump Miami Sunny Isles. The concierge and valet team were excellent very fast, efficient, and welcoming. Their service truly made the arrival and departure smooth. However, I was disappointed with the room service. There were multiple errors with my orders, and the overall customer service from that department was below expectations for a hotel of this level. On a very positive note, I want to highlight the outstanding service from Victor at the night shift front desk. He is professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. Honestly, he deserves to be working during the day shift to welcome guests he would elevate the entire guest experience. A truly wonderful person. Overall, some areas need improvement, but exceptional staff like Victor make a big difference.

Just stayed here. Rooms were clean and spacious but are starting to look like they need to be updated. Location is great. The Bellman were excellent. Other services are lacking. Look for other hotels where service matches the price.

I was not informed that additional fees would be charged when I booked this hotel through hotels.com or from the front desk when I checked in. This made the cost of the hotel unaffordable. The hotel was very much overpriced for the amenities even at an “off season” cost

We had a beautiful view, the staff was very accommodating to our special occasion and the beach was amazing. We had such a wonderful time we regretted not staying longer. The window were floor to ceiling in the junior suite with a view of the sunset in the morning from the bed was stunning. Definitely recommend

The best part about this hotel is its location. It’s on a beautiful beach and convenient but it is in desperate need of a renovation. The rooms are tired! The entire hotel is old and dated. We had a fantastic view from our room and the service was good.

First room had cooling issues and swapped rooms at 1:00am Was disappointed about the parking fee. The resort free does not cover over night parking. Was not made aware of this at check in. So on top of the resort fee I also paid 60$ a night to keep my car at property. In all resort fees plus parking for three nights exceeded 300$ This alone I will not be back.

First I want to say the staff was super friendly and wonderful. I would give them five stars alone. However, there must be construction currently happening, and every night in the middle of the night, it sounded like some was revving up their motor cycle next to our room for hours in the middle of the night, each night. We are to one to complain, but this was exceptionally loud and lasted for extended periods of time. It was super difficult to sleep. Other than that I really commend the staff, they even sent us champagne and strawberries which was awesome. They were super sweet.
