they forgot to service the room even I grabbed the cleaning lady in the lobby and gave her tip in advance. the hotel in general kind of old. the line for customer service was very busy and went to voice mail most of the time, when we requested something took forever, in general you do not get enough of service and for the price that we paid

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The issue is the sun is blocked by the big towers next to the hotel starting at 1 pm . I didn’t appreciate bouncing around every few hours to find an area where the sun was not blocked . Thus became very frustrating.

I love the beach and pool, but there are many areas that do not match with the premium price I paid, to name a few: 1. I parked a rental car for only 1 night, but got charged for 2 nights 2. We did not consume any stuff from the mini-bar, but got charged 24 dollars 3. The cleaning up of our rooms was pretty much always done very late in some cases over 6pm after we call to request the service 4. Overall the hotel looks a bit outdated, especially the elevators look pretty old, operating quite slowly, buttons not working, unnecessary duplicated tags of number of floors that services no purposes etc.

My wife used the shower. When she moved the shower curtain to get in, the curtain rod fell, hitting her on the face and cutting her. The curtain rod was one of the cheapest rods I've ever seen. Definitely not what I would expect in a Trump resort.

Due to 2 flight delays, we did not arrive until 2:30am. We were able to get a later checkout of 12:30pm which was greatly appreciated. The hotel was clean, it was quiet for a Saturday night, and the staff was friendly. Wish we would have had more time there before heading to the Keys.

Hotel is ideally located. Great food. Partial ocean view was great with balcony. The space was more than enough. Room needs major upgrades and updating. Amenities need improvement. Get rid of the tiny shampoo and body wash bottles. Water leaks out from the shower. No complimentary water, only the first day, which is strange.
