The young man at the front desk was very helpful, very respectful and had great customer service. Everything outside of that, was terrible. The room that I stayed in was very dirty and I just did not feel safe. I had to get at least a couple hours of sleep so I had to take what I could get being that I was in town for a wedding. There was a disturbing noise that went on the entire night, and I nearly had to sleep with one eye open. Initially, when I checked in, I received a room key and there was already someone in the room, so it just wasn’t the best experience. Unfortunately, I just wouldn’t rebook with this particular location.

Ok for the rate. One night I was charged 259.00 ! Stayed here before and was NEVER charged that much for one night. It is quiet and convenient to Highway going and coming to Airport.

Comfort and service are delightful

My say was a little bit hectic in the beginning but absolutely wonderfully me and you have an amazing set of Staff who not only helped you with anything that you needed but also was great conversation for the rough time that me and my family are going through with the passing of my dad if ever I'm in the area would Springs is where I will stay. Big big thank you to Rudy and his staff he was absolutely outstanding and also the staff member who worked The Late Shift till 11:00 Jesse I hope I said that correctly thank you thank you thank you

The worst hotel, there is no room service. They dont clean the rooms, I had to ask for a mop so I can mop my own rrom, if you need something you have to get it yourself, the worst hotel and very expensive

We arrived about 11:00pm from the airport. When we got in the room, we didn’t have the first towel in the bathroom. We had to go kdown the next morning and ask for some and she told us that she had some in the dryer to come back about 30 minutes and they should be dry. Our room was at the back close to the highway so we heard that all night and there was some noise in the fan in the bathroom all night. They didn’t even have an ice machine where we could get some ice for our drinks. I would never stay there again

This is a cost effective, no frills hotel. It's clean, the bed is comfortable, ample, well-lit parking. Ian, the front desk guy is friendly and hospitable.

not recommended for staying

the hotel room was not clean at all. the floors and the overall bed and everything was not clean. we didn’t even have an alarm clock. the lamp was broke. we couldn’t get towels ever because they where always being washed. the laundry room was undergoing maintenance and none of the staff alerted us when we could use it. i would not recommend. this place needs to do an overall 180
